Bernhard Langer eagles 18th to take PGA Tour Champions lead
BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) — Bernhard Langer eagled the par-5 18th for a 4-under 68 and a one-stroke lead Saturday in the PGA Tour Champions' Oasis Championship.
Langer rebounded from a bogey on the par-4 17th with the eagle to reach 12-under 132 at The Old Course at Broken Sound.
"It was sweet after making bogey on 17 from the middle of the fairway," Langer said. "After making my first bogey of the week there, it was nice to finish with three perfect shots."
Parnevik shoots 63 for 1-shot lead in Oasis Championship
BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) — Jesper Parnevik shot a 9-under 63 on Friday in the Oasis Championship to take a one-stroke lead over Bernhard Langer.
Parnevik had four straight birdies on Nos. 4-7 on his final nine on The Old Course at Broken Sound. The 53-year-old Swede won the 2016 Insperity Invitational for his lone PGA Tour Champions victory.
He took the first-round lead a day after going into "panic mode" while struggling with his game.

McCarron shot a 5-under 66 on another warm and sunny day at Phoenix Country Club. To win the Charles Schwab Cup and a $1 million annuity, McCarron needs to the tournament Sunday and have Bernhard Langer — tied for 19th at 7 under — tie for fourth or worse.

Dominion extends support of PGA Tour Champions for 10 years
RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — The PGA Tour Champions has announced that Dominion Energy has agreed to a 10-year extension of its sponsorship of a tour stop in Richmond.
The extension, announced on the day before the opening day of the tour's annual visit to the Country Club of Virginia's James River Course, extends the company's commitment through 2029. The tour for players 50 and older made its debut in Virginia's capital city in 2016.
