Harper, Machado, Kimbrel, Keuchel on market as camps open

Cardinals agree to 1-year deal with veteran Adam Wainwright
ST. LOUIS (AP) — Adam Wainwright is staying with the St. Louis Cardinals.
The Cardinals agreed to a one-year deal with the veteran right-hander Thursday, bringing Wainwright back to the only major league team he's pitched for. The 37-year-old Wainwright has been with St. Louis since making his big league debut in 2005.

The Miami Marlins star outfielder and reigning NL MVP will not waive his no-trade clause to join the Cardinals, Chairman and CEO Bill DeWitt Jr. and President of Baseball Operations John Mozeliak said Friday.
Longtime Cardinals ace Adam Wainwright, standing at the door of the press conference room Sunday afternoon, exchanged pleasantries with Cardinals Chairman Bill DeWitt Jr., who was emerging. “Waino, you’ve got your batterymate,” DeWitt said.
