KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) — Rob Marberry had 17 points as Lipscomb got past Kennesaw State 83-67 on Saturday.
Garrison Mathews had 14 points for Lipscomb (21-5, 12-1 Atlantic Sun Conference), which earned its sixth straight road victory. Mathews was only 2-of-9 shooting from the arc but those two makes gave him 317 in his career to become at the Atlantic Sun's all-time leader, passing Campbell's Adam Fellers (1998-02). Mathews has made a 3-pointer in 37 straight games.
Hooker scores 17 to lift Kennesaw State past NJIT 63-62
KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) — Ugo Obineke made a short jumper with 11 seconds remaining to give Kennesaw State a 63-62 victory over NJIT on Saturday.
Obineke's basket came after Diandre Wilson gave NJIT the lead on two free throws with 24 seconds left.
Tyler Hooker had 17 points for Kennesaw State. Bobby Parker had 14 points for the Owls (5-20, 2-8 Atlantic Sun Conference). Bryson Lockley added seven rebounds.
Jacksonville stages comeback, tops Kennesaw State, 82-73
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — JD Notae scored 18 points and David Bell scored 17 points and grabbed 15 rebounds as Jacksonville roared back from a 10-point deficit at intermission to beat Kennesaw State, 82-73 and complete a season-sweep of the Owls on Wednesday night.
The Dolphins won on the road in the first Atlantic Sun meeting between the schools.

DELAND, Fla. (AP) — Leo Goodman scored 17 points, leading five players in double-figure scoring as Stetson picked up its first conference win, beating Kennesaw State 92-75 on Saturday afternoon.
Abayomi Iyiola added 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Hatters (5-19, 1-8 Atlantic Sun Conference), who snapped an eight-game losing streak. Jahlil Rawley and Marques Sumner had 14 points apiece and Kenny Aninye chipped in 10.

KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) — Bobby Parker and Bryson Lockley scored 17 points apiece as Kennesaw State beat North Florida 81-64 on Wednesday night, ending an eight-game skid.
Danny Lewis added 16 points and four assists for the Owls (4-18, 1-6 Atlantic Sun Conference), who pick up their first conference win. Tyler Hooker had 15 points and six rebounds. Lockley led with 12 rebounds and Hooker posted seven assists and six rebounds.

FLORENCE, Ala. (AP) — Kendarius Smith and Kendall Stafford combined to score 35 points and North Alabama bounced back from its first loss in its last five games to hold off Kennesaw State, 76-71 in an Atlantic Sun Conference battle Thursday night.
After getting walloped in their conference opener at North Florida, the Lions put together ra four-game win streak before falling at Liberty Monday night.
Lipscomb rolls Kennesaw State for best start since 1999-00
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Garrison Mathews scored 25 points, Eli Pepper had nine points and 11 rebounds and Lipscomb beat Kennesaw State 86-57 on Monday night.
Mathews scored 17 points in the first half, making 8 of 10 free throws, as Lipscomb led 41-33. The Bisons hit 12 of 14 free throws in the half and finished 20 of 27.
Casmir, FGCU unload early on Kennesaw St in 72-59 win
KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) — Schadrac Casmir scored a season-high 34 points with seven rebounds and Florida Gulf Coast earned its first Atlantic Sun Conference win beating Kennesaw State 72-59 on Saturday.
Casmir scored 15 of the FGCU's first 21 points as the Eagles built a 21-6 lead. The graduate transfer from Iona buried four 3-pointers and had a 3-point play. FGCU led 40-28 at intermission and was never threatened in the second half.
Davis scores 19 points to lead Jacksonville over Kennesaw St
KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) — Tyreese Davis reached career highs with 19 points and 12 rebounds and JD Notae triple-doubled to lead Jacksonville to a 90-70 victory over Kennesaw State on Wednesday night.
The strong effort by Davis and Notae helped the Dolphins (8-9, 1-1 Atlantic Sun) overcome a 28-point game by Tyler Hooker of Kennesaw State (3-14, 0-2).
Samford wins 3rd straight, tops Kennesaw State 74-60
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Brandon Austin scored 17 points and Samford picked up its third straight win at home to start the season, beating Kennesaw State 74-60 on Monday night.
The Bulldogs play host to Miles College Wednesday before playing their first road game Sunday at Cleveland State.
Steven Fitzgerald got to the basket for a layup with 1:09 left in the first half to put Samford up, 31-23, but Kennesaw State closed to trail 31-26 at intermission.
