MOSCOW (AP) — Russian prosecutors said Monday that Britain's accusations over the poisoning of an ex-spy in England are in keeping with its behavior in previous high-profile cases.
Britain has blamed Russia for the March 4 poisoning of former double agent Sergei Skripal and his adult daughter, Yulia. Russia fiercely denies the allegations.

LONDON (AP) — Sergei Skripal, a former Russian double agent who came to Britain in a spy swap in 2010, lies in critical condition in hospital after being exposed to an unknown substance. His daughter is also critically ill after the incident in Salisbury, southern England.
Police say they are still investigating whether a crime has been committed.
But Skripal is not the first opponent of the Kremlin to be struck down in Britain in mysterious circumstances.
LONDON (AP) — A British judge on Friday refused to extradite a London-based Russian businessman who is accused of organizing the killing of a retail tycoon in his homeland, saying there was little solid evidence against him.
Russian officials say Georgy Shuppe arranged the January 2014 murder of Alexander Mineev, who was shot 22 times with a Kalashnikov rifle on the outskirts of Moscow.
