"It was pretty crushing news, but I'm kind of starting to accept it a little bit," Suter said before the Brewers played Washington at Miller Park. "It's tough news at the same time."
MILWAUKEE (AP) — The Milwaukee Brewers placed left-hander Brent Suter on the 10-day disabled list Friday with forearm tightness.
Suter first reported the problem after his last start, when he gave up five runs over five innings against the Twins. He informed the team's medical staff immediately but when a few days passed and the situation didn't improve, the decision was made to put Suter on the shelf for at least one start.
MILWAUKEE (AP) — Brent Suter turned a quick mistake into a big win over the St. Louis Cardinals.

Travis Shaw hit a three-run homer and Jesus Aguilar had a go-ahead, two-run single during a seven-run fourth inning to help the Brewers beat Arizona 9-2 Wednesday and send the Diamondbacks to their seventh straight loss.
"I'm not going to flip a table clear across the room," Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo said. "I've seen managers do that. It definitely doesn't have a very positive impact on the clubhouse."
