PEORIA, Ill. (AP) — Qiydar Davis' put-back with six seconds left lifted Indiana State over Bradley 66-64 on Saturday in a regular-season finale.
Davis' offensive rebound and follow-up came after Jordan Barnes' missed jump shot. Bradley called a timeout to set up a final play, which went awry when Nate Kennell slipped after receiving a pass from Elijah Childs, who then missed a hurried shot at the buzzer.
Donte Thomas had tied the game for Bradley with 1:42 remaining with a bucket.
Southern Illinois escapes in OT, beats Indiana State, 76-72
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — Sean Lloyd Jr. got to the basket for a layup with 14.6 seconds left in regulation to force overtime, then hit a clutch 3-pointer in the extra session to help Southern Illinois pull out a 76-72 win over Indiana State in a key Missouri Valley Conference battle Saturday afternoon.
Ingram, Jackson lead Loyola-Chicago past Indiana St., 75-71
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — Donte Ingram scored eight of his 17 points down the stretch and Aundre Jackson finished with 15 points to help Loyola-Chicago beat Indiana State 75-71 on Saturday.
Clayton Custer added 13 points and Marques Townes 11, with each scoring eight in the second half, and Cameron Krutwig scored 10 for Loyola (21-5, 11-3 Missouri Valley Conference).
Johnson hits 5 3s, scores 28; Missouri St. beats Indiana St.
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — Alize Johnson drilled a 3-pointer to open the scoring and drained another for the final score as he finished with 28 points to lead Missouri State to an 81-62 win over Indiana State on Tuesday night to halt a five-game skid.
Indiana State halts skid, shoots past Northern Iowa, 77-66
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (AP) — Brenton Scott scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as Indiana State pulled away from Northern Iowa in the second half to take a 77-66 Missouri Valley Conference victory and snap a three-game losing streak on Saturday afternoon.
Scott knocked down three 3-pointers, giving him 257 career treys and leaving him 26 shy of the school record.
Kennell makes 7 3s in Bradley’s first MVC road win, 81-73
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — Nate Kennell hit 7 of 9 3-point attempts and scored a career-high 25 points to lead Bradley over Indiana State 81-73 on Sunday.
After the Sycamores held a lead for nearly nine minutes in the second half, Kennell made consecutive 3-pointers for a 70-64 lead with 2½ minutes remaining. Kennell added his final 3-pointer — his fifth of the half — plus two free throws for a nine-point lead with 36 seconds left.
S. Illinois fends off Indiana St. rally for 82-77 win

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — Brenton Scott nailed two of his five 3-pointers to start the game as Indiana State thrashed Illinois State 84-54 in Missouri Valley Conference action on Saturday afternoon.
The Sycamores lost in overtime, 84-81, in the earlier meeting between the two schools this season. Indiana State was 3-3 in its last six games, with no more than a four-point difference in any of them.
Barnes, Scott help Indiana State beat Evansville 71-66
EVANSVILLE, Ind. (AP) — Jordan Barnes scored 17 points, Brenton Scott added 14 including a pair of free throws with 23 seconds remaining to make it a two-possession game as Indiana State held off Evansville 71-66 Wednesday night.
Barnes made three 3-pointers, was six of seven at the line, Scott was five of six at the line, Qiydar Davis added 12 points with three 3-pointers and Tyreke Key had 10 points and nine rebounds for Indiana State (9-10, 4-3 Missouri Valley Conference).

Scott lifts Indiana St over Loyola Chicago 61-57
CHICAGO (AP) — Brenton Scott scored 16 points, including the last two baskets of the game, and Indiana State finished on a 7-0 run to defeat Loyola Chicago 61-57 on Wednesday night after losing a 16-point lead.
Brandon Murphy added 12 points, including a 3-point play that tied the game at 57-all with 1:43 to play. Scott then got a steal and on the ensuing possession drove hard down the key to break the tie with 1:10 to play.
Illinois State holds on for 84-81 OT win against Indiana St
NORMAL, Ill. (AP) — Milik Yarbrough scored 29 points and tied a career-high with 10 rebounds, Phil Fayne scored 17 with 11 rebounds and Illinois State beat Indiana State 84-81 in overtime on Sunday.
Yarbrough's jumper to start overtime put Illinois State (8-6, 2-0 Missouri Valley) ahead. Indiana State's Brenton Scott made a pair of free throws to tie it at 73 before Taylor Bruninga nailed a 3 with 3:32 to play.

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — Dmitri Thompson and Tyler Seibring turned in double-doubles and Elon rallied after blowing a 17-point lead to beat Indiana State 73-68 on Friday.

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — Jordan Barnes scored a career-high 25 points, Brenton Scott also scored 25 and corralled 11 rebounds for his first career double-double and Indiana State defeated Air Force 74-64 in the Mountain West-Missouri Valley challenge Wednesday night.
Scott also had three of the team's 12 steals as the Sycamores scored 21 points off 20 Air Force turnovers, the most in a game this season for the Falcons. Scott made four 3-pointers, pushing his career total to 222.

Davis was 4 of 5 from the floor and made 6 of 7 free throws. Murphy was 4-of-7 shooting and 4 of 5 from the line. Brenton Scott added nine points, and Jordan Barnes made two 3-pointers and finished with eight points for the Sycamores (2-3), who shot 50 percent (25 of 50) from the floor.
Ohio outlasts Indiana State 96-94 in 4OT
CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Mike Laster scored 25 points, including the go-ahead basket with 1:35 to play in the fourth overtime, and Ohio came back from an 18-point, second-half deficit and eight down in the second OT to defeat Indiana State 96-94 on Sunday for seventh place in the Charleston Classic.
