DETROIT (AP) — Brock Stull scored 25 points, Brett Prahl scored 14 and sixth-seeded Milwaukee defeated No. 3 seed Illinois-Chicago 80-75 in a Horizon League Tournament quarterfinal game Sunday.
Milwaukee (16-16) moves on to play second-seeded Wright State in a semifinal game Monday. Illinois-Chicago (17-15) ended the season with a three-game losing streak after having won nine of 10.
IUPUI tops Milwaukee in overtime, 76-71
MILWAUKEE (AP) — T.J. Henderson's baseline 3-pointer gave IUPUI the lead with 50 seconds left in overtime and Jaylen Minnett then scored his only three points from the line to wrap up the Jaguars' 76-71 victory over Milwaukee on Friday night.
Milwaukee holds on to edge Wright State 74-73
DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Jeremiah Bell scored 18 points and Milwaukee held on late to edge Wright State 74-73 on Saturday night.
The Panthers (14-14, 7-8 Horizon League) led by eight at intermission and Carson Warren-Newsome sank a pair of 3-pointers early in the second half to help push it to 50-39 with 15:03 to go. Bell's 3-pointer with 5:33 left made it 70-53 and Bryce Barnes followed with the team's final field goal, a 3-pointer, to make it 73-57 with 3:47 left.
Milwaukee snaps Wright State’s 8-game win streak, 66-61
MILWAUKEE (AP) — Brock Stull had 17 points, 11 rebounds and six assists to help Milwaukee beat Horizon League-leader Wright State 66-61 on Saturday night, snapping the Raiders' eight-game winning streak.
Milwaukee (10-12, 3-6 Horizon League) stopped a four-game skid while Wright State (15-6, 7-1) ended its best stretch since winning 11 straight during the 2007-08 season. The Raiders are now tied with Northern Kentucky, which beat Green Bay on Saturday, atop the league standings.
Hall’s putback at buzzer lifts IUPUI over Milwaukee 72-71
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Evan Hall made his second shot of the game on a putback at the buzzer to push IUPUI past Milwaukee 72-71 on Wednesday night for its first Horizon League victory.
IUPUI trailed 71-70 with six seconds left following back-to-back dunks from Milwaukee's Bryce Nze and Brett Prahl. On the final possession, Nick Rogers drove the baseline and missed the layup, but Hall snagged the ball from the defender's hands and banked in the game-winner.
Bell hits 5 3s, scores 19; Milwaukee beats Cleveland State
CLEVELAND (AP) — Jeremiah Bell tied his career high with five 3-pointers and scored 16 of his 19 points in the second half, Brett Prahl added 12 points on 6-of-7 shooting and Milwaukee beat Cleveland State 67-63 on Saturday.
Stull and Vance Johnson added 11 points apiece for Milwaukee (9-8, 2-2 Horizon League). Johnson also grabbed eight rebounds.
Morse, Hatfield lead Youngstown St past Milwaukee 72-63
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) — Cameron Morse scored 25 points with five 3-pointers and Braun Hatfield added 17 points as Youngstown State battled past Milwaukee 72-63 Thursday night in a seesaw game.
In a game where the teams traded scoring runs, Youngstown State (4-11, 2-0 Horizon League) had the last one, finishing the game 11-6 after Milwaukee had pulled to within five, 61-56 with 2:43 to go. Hatfield hit a 3-pointer, Garrett Covington a layup and the Penguins were 5 of 6 from the foul line.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Jeremiah Bell scored 18 points, Brock Stull added 17 and each of them hit 3 of 6 from 3-point range to guide Milwaukee to an 87-79 victory over Detroit Mercy on Saturday night.
Carson Warren-Newsome had 13 points for the Panthers (8-7, 1-1 Horizon League), who handed the Titans (4-11, 0-2) their ninth straight defeat.
Stull, Milwaukee hand Loyola-Chicago 2nd loss, 73-56
MILWAUKEE (AP) — Brock Stull scored a season-high 23 points and Milwaukee handed former Horizon League rival Loyola-Chicago its second loss in its first 12 games, 73-56 on Saturday afternoon.
The Ramblers, now of the Missouri Valley Conference, had won three straight including a win at then-No. 5 Florida, since suffering its first loss, an 87-53 defeat at Boise State.
Prahl’s double-double helps Milwaukee down Northern Illinois
DEKALB, Ill. (AP) — Brett Prahl scored 18 points with 10 rebounds, Milwaukee controlled the boards and the paint and defeated Northern Illinois 75-62 Wednesday night, bouncing back from a loss to the Big Ten's Wisconsin.
Eight players scored for Milwaukee (5-2) with Jeremy Johnson adding 13, Brock Stull 12 with nine boards and four assists, Carson Warren-Newsom 11 points and Bryce Barnes 10.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Bryce Barnes scored a career-high 19 points in just 19 minutes to lead five starters in double figures and Milwaukee beat Wisconsin La Crosse 83-73 on Friday night in a season opener.
The Panthers shot over 60 percent from the floor, building a 19-point lead in the second half to give Pat Baldwin his first victory in his debut as a head coach.
