Seguin, Stars send Devils to 4th straight loss with 4-3 win
DALLAS (AP) — Tyler Seguin's short-handed goal was more than just his first in the NHL.
The high-scoring Dallas forward said it was the first one of his life, which makes sense because Seguin said this season is the first time in his career he's part of the penalty-kill unit.
Seguin's short-handed tally was his team-leading 20th, Alexander Radulov had a goal and two assists and the Stars beat the New Jersey Devils 4-3 on Thursday night.

A second-round draft pick by Dallas in 2011, Ritchie also has experience with Canadian junior national teams.
DALLAS (AP) — Already eliminated from playoff contention, the Dallas Stars and Arizona Coyotes got glimpses of some of their potential future stars.

Niemi makes 28 saves, Stars beat Jets 3-2
DALLAS (AP) — Antti Niemi made 28 saves, but more important than how many he made was when he made them in the Dallas Stars' 3-2 victory over the Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday night.
"It wasn't that he was tested in bunches," Stars coach Lindy Ruff said, "but he had to make some huge saves for us. Breakaway saves, there was a couple game-changers."
The most important might have been two saves by Niemi in the latter half of the first period while the game was still 0-0.
