Players have been divided into two teams – “Power,” which is coached by former NFL running back and ESPN analyst Merril Hoge, and “Grit,” which is coached by former NFL defensive back Solomon Wilcots. Out of the 90+ players across both rosters, more than 90 percent have NFL or CFL experience. Returning players include Willie Mays (LB), K.J. Maye (WR), Eric Wallace (TE), Khalid Wooten (DB) and Tommy Streeter (WR).

“We’re so excited to officially kick off our second series. Using the learnings from our inaugural series in May 2018 we’ve been able to create an even better experience for YCF fans across the country,” said Julie Meringer, president of Your Call, Inc., which runs Your Call Football. “Our high-caliber football mixed with the ‘live fantasy’ and gaming element, enhanced app experience and advanced technology allows us to give fans a unique experience that’s everything they have asked for and more. Beyond that, we also see a huge opportunity to license our technology to other entities looking to offer their fans a more immersive experience.”

The free YCF app allows fans to influence the outcome of live games by calling plays in real-time with near-zero latency. They vote on three coach-selected plays then watch as the majority-voted play is executed live on the field by YCF’s players. Points are accumulated based on play-calling skills and fans can compete against each other for bragging rights and more than $72,000 in cash prizes.

New this year, any fan who accumulates the maximum points on every play during any of YCF’s four games will earn a $1 million cash prize and title of “World’s Best Play-Caller.”

“I had an amazing experience during YCF’s first season and I’m grateful they asked me to come back for season two,” said Khalid Wooten, returning YCF cornerback. “Not only is YCF shrinking the gap between players and fans and giving them the opportunity to influence the plays on the field, it’s also a great opportunity for us to play in the off-season and showcase our skills to scouts.”

The free YCF app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play. The games will be live streamed on February 25, March 4, 11 and 18 at 8:00 p.m. ET. Fans can access the stream in-app, at  www.yourcallfootball.com and through one of YCF’s media partners, Barstool Sports.
