Corvias, a long-term solutions and management partner to the U.S. military, today broke ground on a new community center at Hurlburt Field in partnership with the United States Air Force. As part of its commitment to resident service and satisfaction, Corvias continuously evaluates its internal operations and base housing requirements to meet and exceed the needs of the base community. The Hurlburt Field Community Center will be the heart and soul of the neighborhood when it is completed later this year.

The new, state-of-the-art community center is one of the final phases of major improvements at Hurlburt Field and, when completed, will be nearly 10,000 square feet and outfitted with amenities such as:
As the neighborhood focal point for residents, this building will also serve as the office space for housing personnel. The Hurlburt Field Community Center is the sixth community center built for the Air Force and the 37 th across Corvias’ portfolio of 13 installations, serving both the Army and the Air Force. Corvias was the first housing partner to include a community center in its very first proposal to the military. Each community center built by Corvias has a theme and incorporates local facts and features from the installation.

In the next two years, Corvias will complete an additional 141 new homes.
