Lawyer: Miss America report finding no bullying a whitewash
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) — Hours after a new Miss America was crowned, the Miss America Organization released a report Monday denying the outgoing one had been bullied by pageant leaders including chairwoman Gretchen Carlson.
The lawyer for former Miss America Cara Mund called the report, commissioned by the Miss America Organization, "dishonest" and "a complete whitewash."

North Dakota welcomes home Miss America Cara Mund
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Thousands have welcomed Miss America Cara Mund back to her North Dakota hometown.
About 2,000 people turned out Saturday for Mund's welcome-home party in Bismarck. Young girls and boys cheered when North Dakota's first Miss America appeared at the Bismarck Event Center.
Mund told the crowd that — whether young girls are in North Dakota or in a rural area — they can make their dreams come true if they work hard.

NEW YORK (AP) — Smokey Robinson, Jimmy Fallon, The Roots, Common and Andra Day will be among the stars celebrating at Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.
Macy's said Wednesday that Tony winner Leslie Odom Jr., 98 Degrees, Flo Rida, Wyclef Jean and Miss America Cara Mund also will participate in the 91st annual parade on Nov. 23.
The special will air at 9 a.m. EST on NBC's "Today" show.
