OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Tuition will increase at 21 of Oklahoma's 25 higher education institutions.
The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education on Thursday approved tuition and fees for each of the state's colleges and universities.
Only the University of Oklahoma, Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Eastern Oklahoma State College and Murray State College did not seek a tuition increase.

Teenager faces child porn charges in Snapchat blackmail case
MIDWEST CITY, Okla. (AP) — A 17-year-old Oklahoma high school student is facing obscenity and child pornography charges after authorities say he posted nude photos of students on a Snapchat page then tried to blackmail administrators when they turned off the school's Wi-Fi access.
Midwest City Police Chief Brandon Clabes says the Carl Albert High School student faces 10 charges, including blackmail and transmitting obscenity and child pornography.

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Caleb Nero scored 26 points and Kobe Rose added 21 to help Tulsa Memorial defeat Claremore 73-46 for the Class 5A boys state championship Saturday at the Mabee Center.
Kaelen Childs scored 13 points and Isaiah Thomas grabbed 12 rebounds for the Chargers (25-3). Memorial lost last year's final against Carl Albert on a putback with three seconds remaining.
Bizzell leads Carl Albert past McGuinness for 5A title
EDMOND, Okla. (AP) — Johnny Bizzell ran for two touchdowns and threw for another to help Carl Albert defeat Bishop McGuinness 34-29 for the Oklahoma Class 5A championship Friday night at the University of Central Oklahoma.
