SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — A dark comedy starring Demi Moore will begin production in northern New Mexico this month.
The New Mexico Film Office says work on "Corporate Animals" will run through early July in Santa Fe and Abiquiu. The independent film will employ about 100 local crew members, two New Mexico actors and about 60 extras.
Directed by Patrick Brice, the comedy also will star Jessica Williams and Ed Helms.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — Several items from actor Patrick Swayze's estate will be auctioned off later this month, including property from his ranch in northern New Mexico.
The auction will be held on April 28 and April 29 in Los Angeles.
The items up for sale include the leather jacket Swayze wore in "Dirty Dancing," the surfboard he used in the 1991 film "Point Break" and clothing he wore in the 1990 movie "Ghost," which also starred Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg.

The 17th annual film festival is being held Oct. 13-16 in the famous arts colony of Woodstock, with additional events in Rhinebeck, Rosendale, Saugerties (SAW'-ger-teez), and Kingston.
The festival opens with the world premiere of "Blind," romantic feature starring Alec Baldwin, who is scheduled to attend the screening. The movie also stars Demi Moore.
