Titans RT Jack Conklin, TE Smith placed on injured reserve
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee Titans right tackle Jack Conklin and tight end Jonnu Smith have been placed on injured reserve with knee injuries, a double blow for a team on the fringe of the playoff race.
Both starters were hurt in Tennessee's 30-9 win over Jacksonville last week.
To fill the roster spots, the Titans on Tuesday signed free agent offensive lineman Austin Pasztor and added tight end Cole Wick to their active roster from the San Francisco 49ers' practice squad.
Titans left tackle Taylor Lewan having tests on right foot
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Titans coach Mike Vrabel says two-time Pro Bowl left tackle Taylor Lewan is having tests on his right foot after leaving Tennessee's loss in Buffalo.
Lewan played 17 snaps before being replaced by Tyler Marz. Lewan told reporters after the game he felt like he was a liability to the team because he couldn't push off the foot and didn't have any power.
Woodyard among 2 defensive starters out for Titans vs Bills
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Tennessee Titans will be without two defensive starters in Buffalo with coach Mike Vrabel declaring linebacker Wesley Woodyard and safety Kenny Vaccaro both out for the game.
Vaccaro's absence Sunday is no surprise as he dislocated his right elbow in last week's win over Philadelphia. Vrabel said Monday that Vaccaro would be out "a few weeks."

The Titans were lining up for just their second official play with a 7-0 lead when officials threw a handful of flags with Packers defensive tackle Letroy Guion going unabated to quarterback Marcus Mariota. Lewan was arguing with Guion with back judge Steve Freeman trying to break up the Titans and Packers.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — In need of wide receivers, the Philadelphia Eagles acquired Dorial Green-Beckham from Tennessee.
The Eagles traded versatile offensive lineman Dennis Kelly to the Titans on Tuesday to get Green-Beckham, a talented player who has struggled with consistency and been sidetracked by off-field issues.
