PHILADELPHIA (AP) — The Philadelphia 76ers are unsure if Markelle Fultz will play again this season.
The 20-year-old Fultz was diagnosed this month with thoracic outlet syndrome and is doing physical therapy in Los Angeles. General manager Elton Brand said Saturday prior to a game against Toronto he has no timetable for Fultz's return to basketball activities.
Brand said it was "to be determined" if Fultz will play again this season.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Elton Brand is in charge of the Philadelphia 76ers.
A person familiar with the situation says the Sixers have made Brand their new general manager, replacing Bryan Colangelo. Colangelo resigned in June as the 76ers' president of basketball operations after what an investigation concluded was "careless and in some instances reckless" sharing of sensitive team information on Twitter.
76ers sign re-sign free agent Elton Brand
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — The 76ers have re-signed free agent forward Elton Brand.
The team announced the signing on Wednesday, bringing back a veteran who played 17 games and averaged 4.1 points with Philadelphia last season. Brand hasn't averaged more than 20 minutes per game since 2012-2013.
The two-time NBA All-Star has played 17 seasons. He played four seasons with the Sixers from 2008 to 2012.
