EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — The man fatally shot in Everett on Sunday was 19-year-old Raul Cuadros, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office.

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — Police say a man was shot and killed outside a fast-food restaurant in northwest Washington state.
The Daily Herald reports Everett police responded to a Jack in the Box restaurant early Sunday, finding man with a gunshot wound and an uninjured woman.
Officers began CPR on the man, but he was later pronounced dead at the scene. Police did not release the man's name.

SEATTLE (AP) — Officials have issued a winter storm warning for the Puget Sound region including Seattle.
The National Weather Service says the warning will be in effect from noon Friday to noon Saturday.

On a per-share basis, the Everett, Washington-based company said it had profit of $6.17. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 91 cents per share.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of eight analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 86 cents per share.

Foot found on Everett-area beach linked to missing man
EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — Authorities say a human foot that was found on Everett's Jetty Island has been linked to a missing Snohomish County man who is now presumed dead.
KOMO-TV reports the Snohomish County Medical Examiner positively identified the foot Tuesday as belonging to Antonio Neill, who was reported missing by his family in December 2016.
Big winter storm blows into western Washington

Body found in Skykomish River
EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — A man's body was found in the Skykomish River in eastern Snohomish County, though authorities do not suspect any foul play.
The Seattle Times reports the body was pulled from the water Saturday by a kayaker along Highway 2.
It was unclear how the man got into the river, though Lt. Clint Korhonen said early information indicated no foul play was suspected. Authorities had yet to identify the deceased Saturday evening.
Wrong-way drunken driver receives max term for fatal crash

Tool thief abandons car on railroad tracks
