On Erik Spoelstra’s mind these days: A berth, and a birth

First-time parents to get free membership at Madison Children’s Museum
If an infant soaks up information like a sponge, there will be plenty of info to soak up for free at the Madison Children's Museum.
The museum is giving free memberships to first-time parents and their infants, for up to 18 months, with each membership good for two adult caregivers and infants, membership starting the day of signup through the end of the month in which the child turns 18 months old.
First-time moms and dads welcomed in new children’s museum program
It might be self-evident, but — kids like to play
And the younger they play, the better. It’s with that concept in mind that the Madison Children’s Museum is launching a program this summer called First-Time Parents, which grants a free museum membership to families with their first baby.
The goal: to get more parents with pre-toddler children — yes, even infants — in the door to experience the hands-on joy and critical development that play can provide.
