Twin Cities co-working company CoCo said it will change its name as part of a new franchising concept it is launching with partners in Cincinnati and New York.

LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Tesla sued Gov. Rick Snyder and other top state officials Thursday, challenging a Michigan law that ensures automakers can only sell through independent, franchised dealerships and not directly to customers.
