Yo, theyre both Italian guys from Joizy, capisce? Frankie Vallis story with the Four Seasons has become a hugely successful musical. The latest tour of Jersey Boys lands at the Orpheum Tuesday with mob and music hits, including Sherry and Walk Like a Man. Plus, Valli and his latest Seasons will appear May 27 at Treasure Island Casino in Red Wing. On Saturday, Jon Bon Jovi, Joizys biggest rocker not named Springsteen, returns to Xcel Energy Center to play the songs that landed Bon Jovi in the Rock Hall of Fame this month, including Livin on a Prayer and You Give Love a Bad Name. And that was just the Four Seasons’ greatest hits; Valli’s second act produced the disco era hits “Who Loves You,” “My Eyes Adored You,” “December 1963” and the title track to the “Grease” movie.

On Jan. 11, 1954, a date which will live in infancy, I made my grand entrance into the world while a blizzard raged outside the maternity ward at Stamford Hospital. I have been perpetrating snow jobs ever since.
So you might think that I like winter. Actually, of the four seasons, my favorite is Frankie Valli.
I forget the names of the other three guys, but seasonally speaking, winter comes behind spring, summer, fall, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme.
