Kristopher Gartrell, 48, was arrested Friday and charged with criminal homicide, rape, kidnapping and arson, among other charges. He was being held at Adams County prison without bail.

Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim says Reese Frock died at Lehigh Valley Hospital shortly before 3 p.m. Monday.
Grim says Frock was killed by heat and smoke inhalation. The manner of death is pending completion of the fire marshal's investigation.

State officials and members of a treasure-hunting group joined the FBI at the site where local lore has it a gold shipment was lost or hidden during the 1863 Battle of Gettysburg.

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (AP) — Federal officials are investigating a threat made against the annual Gettysburg Remembrance Parade in Pennsylvania.

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (AP) — The former owner of a south-central Pennsylvania cemetery has been sentenced to two to seven years in prison and ordered to pay millions in restitution to customers.
