CGS Acquires Business of Visual Next
NEW YORK and MONTREAL, Quebec, May 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CGS, a global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing services, announced it will acquire the business of Visual Next, a leading provider of end-to-end software to apparel, footwear, uniform, and fashion accessory companies. The acquisition will further the complementary strengths of Visual Next and CGS’s industry leading BlueCherry® software solution. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
With a rapidly changing market along with the trend for unified commerce and the convergence of retail and wholesale, customers are demanding a complete solution to manage all channels of their business.
