ST. LOUIS (AP) — Hasahn French scored a career-high 25 points, Tramaine Isabell Jr. added 17 including two late free throws as Saint Louis held off Massachusetts 65-62 on Wednesday night.
The Billikens led by as many as 11 points in the second half, but Luwane Pipkins scored all nine points during a 9-2 surge to give UMass a 62-61 lead with eight seconds left. Jordan Goodwin and Isabell each made a pair of free throws and Pipkins missed a potential game-tying 3 in the final seconds.

ST. LOUIS (AP) — Javon Bess scored 20 points, Hasahn French had 11 points and 12 rebounds, and Saint Louis dominated the second half to defeat Appalachian State 83-55 on Sunday.
Tramaine Isabell Jr. added 13 points, six assists and five rebounds for the Billikens (8-5). Bess was 8 of 13 from the field and grabbed nine rebounds.

ST. LOUIS (AP) — The memories of falling to Butler by 30 points last season still remained fresh in Javon Bess' head as he took the court on Saturday with the task of guarding Bulldogs leading scorer Kamar Baldwin.
Bess held Baldwin to six points and added 18 points of his own in Saint Louis' 64-52 win over Butler on Saturday.

D.J. Foreman added 15 points while dishing out a career-best five assists and Hasahn French and Tramaine Isabell Jr contributed 11 points apiece for Saint Louis (3-0). Isabell grabbed seven rebounds, had two steals and one blocked shot.
North Alabama jumped out to an 8-0 lead before the Billikens roared back with 11 unanswered points and led 32-28 at the break.

Jonathan Wiley scored 19 points to lead Southern Illinois (4-3). Armon Fletcher and Marcus Bartley each had 12 points, Sean Lloyd Jr. had 11 and Kavion Pippen 10.
Saint Louis pulls away from Rockhurst 74-50
ST. LOUIS (AP) — Jalen Johnson had 14 points, Hasahn French added 13 and Saint Louis got red-hot in the second half to defeat Division-II Rockhurst 74-50 on Monday night.
The Billikens (2-0) made just 2 of 10 3-pointers and shot 41 percent (9 of 22) to lead 29-26 at the half. In the second half they made all four 3-pointers and shot 73 percent (16 of 22) to outscore the Hawks (1-2) 45-24.
