Travis, Davis each score 20 in Stanford’s win over Denver
STANFORD, Calif. (AP) — Daejon Davis just completed his first quarter of college, finishing several projects and essays. He still found the energy to play one of his best games of the season.
Reid Travis and Davis each scored 20 points and Stanford beat Denver 75-62 on Friday night.
"With the long stretch off, coach really held us accountable on everything," Davis said. "The level of focus on the little things helped us."
Humphrey scores 17, leads Stanford past Northeastern 73-59
STANFORD, Calif. (AP) — Michael Humphrey is already excited about Stanford's next game and he made sure to do his part in contributing to gaining some momentum heading into it.
Humphrey had 17 points and 11 rebounds, Isaac White added 17 points and Stanford beat Northeastern 73-59 on Friday.
Reid Travis scored 16 points for the Cardinal (3-1), who host defending national champion North Carolina on Monday night.
Travis scores 26 to lead Stanford past Cal Poly 78-62
STANFORD, Calif. (AP) — Reid Travis scored a game-high 26 points and had 12 rebounds and Stanford won its eighth straight season opener, beating Cal Poly 78-62 on Friday night.
Freshman Isaac White added 17 points for the Cardinal, who extended their winning streak against Cal Poly to six games. Dorian Pickens and Robert Cartwright each had 10 points and Michael Humphrey added nine boards.

LYNCHBURG, Va. (AP) — Isaac White scored 12 points, all on 3-pointers, Jahad Thomas had career highs with 19 rebounds and eight assists and UMass-Lowell beat Mississippi Valley State 76-71 on Tuesday night in the Indiana Classic.
Thomas had the most rebounds by a UMass-Lowell player since Leo Parent grabbed 20 on Feb. 8, 1979. Tyler Livingston. Ryan Jones and Matt Harris scored 11 points apiece while Cameron Wolter added 10 points for UMass-Lowell.
UMass Lowell makes 32 FTs in 87-76 win over Wagner
LOWELL, Mass. (AP) — Isaac White made all 10 of his free-throw attempts and scored 20 points, Matt Harris hit 13 of 13 from the line and scored 18 points as UMass Lowell beat Wagner 87-76 on Monday night.
Harris sank two of his free throws with 1:37 remaining to give UMass Lowell a 76-69 lead and the duo combined to make 10 straight the rest of the way.
