Seahawks face Rams without RB Carson, guard Fluker
The Seattle Seahawks will face the NFC West-leading Los Angeles Rams minus running back Chris Carson and guard D.J. Fluker.
Carson is out with a hip injury that bothered him last week, while Fluker is sidelined by a calf injury. Fluker's absence is notable given that he won't have an opportunity to back up his criticism of the Rams' toughness following the Seahawks' 33-31 loss to Los Angeles at Seattle last month.
3 Dolphins offensive linemen questionable for Green Bay
DAVIE, Fla. (AP) — The Miami Dolphins could be without three injured starting offensive linemen Sunday at Green Bay.
Guard Ted Larsen (neck) is doubtful, and left tackle Laremy Tunsil (knee and ankle) and right tackle Ja'Wuan James (knee) are questionable. All three were limited in practice Friday, as they have been all week.
Ndamukong Suh, Julius Thomas released by Dolphins
MIAMI (AP) — Five-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh officially was released Wednesday by the Miami Dolphins at the start of free agency, and the team made official the trades to acquire defensive end Robert Quinn and send Jarvis Landry to the Cleveland Browns.

Dolphins RT Ja’Wuan James goes on injured reserve
DAVIE, Fla. (AP) — Miami Dolphins right tackle Ja'Wuan James has been placed on injured reserve because of a left hamstring injury, ending his season.

Way We Hear It: Former first-rounder has questionable present, future for Miami Dolphins
Miami Dolphins right tackle Ja'Wuan James has a hamstring injury that is expected to keep him out for Monday night's game and could cause him to miss the remainder of the season, we're told.
The Dolphins have to decide if it's worth playing the inconsistent James down the stretch heading into the final year of his deal in 2018. The team picked up his fifth-year option for nearly $9 million next season (and is guaranteed for injury) and must decide the immediate risk vs. reward return.
Suh misses practice with knee injury, hopes to play Monday
DAVIE, Fla. (AP) — Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh sat out practice Thursday because of a knee injury but said he hopes to play Monday at Carolina.
Suh left Sunday's loss to Oakland due to the injury, and then returned and finished the game. He hasn't missed a start because of injury in his eight-year career.
Right tackle Ja'Wuan James' left hamstring injury could be a long-term issue, and he's undergoing further medical evaluation, coach Adam Gase said. James was also hurt Sunday.

DAVIE, Fla. (AP) — The Miami Dolphins have exercised a $9.3 million fifth-year option on offensive tackle Ja'Wuan James for 2018.
That will represent a big raise for James, whose base salary next season will be $1.6 million.
James started all 16 games at right tackle in 2016. He has started 39 games in his three-year career after entering the NFL as a first-round pick in 2014.
Dolphins looking to overcome struggles on a short week
DAVIE, Fla. (AP) — With a road game on a short week, Dolphins coach Adam Gase is dealing with several injuries and the uneven play of his team.
And that's with the Dolphins coming off their first win of the season.
Tight end Jordan Cameron has already been ruled out of Thursday's against the Cincinnati Bengals after suffering his fourth concussion in as many years and now the majority of Miami's offensive line is a question mark.
