The Norse (19-6, 9-3 Horizon League) also beat Detroit Mercy 95-73 on Jan. 5 to start a six-game win streak. Detroit Mercy (9-15, 6-6) has lost five of its last six games.

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (AP) — Drew McDonald had 30 points and 13 rebounds on Saturday night and Northern Kentucky dominated the second half to beat Milwaukee 73-60.
McDonald had his fourth career 30-point game and his 44th double-double for the Norse (18-4, 8-1 Horizon), who won their sixth in a row and maintained a two-game lead in the league standings.

McDonald lifts Northern Kentucky over Wright State 68-64
HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (AP) — Drew McDonald had 22 points and 12 rebounds and made a pair of key baskets late as Northern Kentucky won its 11th straight home game, edging Wright State 68-64 on Friday night.
McDonald gave the Norse the lead for good on a layup that made it 64-62 with 1:22 left and made it a five-point lead on a 3-pointer with 40 seconds to go.
Northern Kentucky took control early in the second half and never trailed after taking a 40-39 lead. Wright State tied it at 56, 60 and 62.

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (AP) — Zaynah Robinson scored 16 points on 7-of-9 shooting, Tyler Sharpe added 15 points and five steals, and Northern Kentucky beat Wabash 99-59 on Sunday night.
Jalen Tate scored 12 points, Trevon Faulkner had 11 and Drew McDonald 10 for the Norse (3-0).
Northern Kentucky led 58-26 at the end of the first half and had their largest lead at 83-33.
