Perry was 7 of 13 from the field for the Blazers (12-7, 4-2 Conference USA), who have won their last two and have five-straight home wins. Zack Bryant added 17 points, Lewis Sullivan had 16 points and eight rebounds and Makhtar Gueye, Jeremiah Bell and Tavin Lovan had 10 points apiece. Gueye led the team with 11 rebounds.
UAB jumps out early, cruises past Florida Atlantic 67-50
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Jeremiah Bell had 14 points to lead four in double-figure scoring as UAB beat Florida Atlantic 67-50 on Thursday night in a Conference USA opener.
Bell made four 3-pointers and finished 5-of-7 shooting from the floor. Makhtar Gueye added 12 points, Zack Bryant had 11 and Lewis Sullivan 10 for the Blazers (9-5, 1-0). UAB never trailed, built a 32-26 halftime advantage and had a double-digit lead for most of the second half.
Perry, UAB hold off D-II Arkansas Monticello, 75-67
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — Jalen Perry scored 23 points and UAB rebounded from its first home court loss to beat Division II Arkansas Monticello, 75-67 in its final non-conference game of the season Saturday afternoon.
A half-court buzzer beater by Perry was waved off to preserve Troy's 74-73 victory December 21. The Blazers open Conference USA play Thursday when they play host to Florida Atlantic.
No. 8 Auburn outlasts UAB 75-71 in overtime

3 top scorers leaving UW-Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE (AP) — The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is losing its three top men's basketball players after coach Pat Baldwin's first year.
The leading scorers this season, junior guards Brock Stull and Jeremiah Bell and sophomore forward Bryce Nze, have received releases in order to transfer and play elsewhere.
Five scholarship players have left the team in less than a month. Sophomore guards August Haas and Jeremy Johnson left the program in March.
DETROIT (AP) — Freshman Loudon Love scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds — his 13th double-double — to help second-seeded Wright State beat No. 6 seed Milwaukee 59-53 in the Horizon League Tournament semifinals on Monday night.

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Jeremiah Bell scored 18 points and Milwaukee held on late to edge Wright State 74-73 on Saturday night.
The Panthers (14-14, 7-8 Horizon League) led by eight at intermission and Carson Warren-Newsome sank a pair of 3-pointers early in the second half to help push it to 50-39 with 15:03 to go. Bell's 3-pointer with 5:33 left made it 70-53 and Bryce Barnes followed with the team's final field goal, a 3-pointer, to make it 73-57 with 3:47 left.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Tarkus Ferguson had 19 points, Dikembe Dixson and Godwin Boahen scored 13 apiece, and Illinois-Chicago beat Milwaukee 74-56 on Monday night.
The Flames (12-11, 7-3 Horizon League) have won four in a row for the first time since the 2012-13 season and their four-game road win streak is UIC's longest since winning six straight road games from Jan. 26 to March 9, 2004.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Brock Stull had 17 points, 11 rebounds and six assists to help Milwaukee beat Horizon League-leader Wright State 66-61 on Saturday night, snapping the Raiders' eight-game winning streak.
Milwaukee (10-12, 3-6 Horizon League) stopped a four-game skid while Wright State (15-6, 7-1) ended its best stretch since winning 11 straight during the 2007-08 season. The Raiders are now tied with Northern Kentucky, which beat Green Bay on Saturday, atop the league standings.
Hankerson scores 24, Green Bay tops Milwaukee 99-92 in OT
GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Kameron Hankerson came off the bench to score a career-high 24 points, including the tie-breaking 3-pointer with 38.7 seconds left in overtime, and Green Bay defeated Milwaukee 99-92 on Monday night.
Hankerson grabbed the rebound after a Milwaukee miss and made two free throws with 21.3 seconds remaining to make it 97-92. Sandy Cohen III, who finished with a career-high 29 points and 10 rebounds, added two free throws with 9.2 seconds left.
Hall’s putback at buzzer lifts IUPUI over Milwaukee 72-71
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Evan Hall made his second shot of the game on a putback at the buzzer to push IUPUI past Milwaukee 72-71 on Wednesday night for its first Horizon League victory.
IUPUI trailed 71-70 with six seconds left following back-to-back dunks from Milwaukee's Bryce Nze and Brett Prahl. On the final possession, Nick Rogers drove the baseline and missed the layup, but Hall snagged the ball from the defender's hands and banked in the game-winner.
Bell hits 5 3s, scores 19; Milwaukee beats Cleveland State
CLEVELAND (AP) — Jeremiah Bell tied his career high with five 3-pointers and scored 16 of his 19 points in the second half, Brett Prahl added 12 points on 6-of-7 shooting and Milwaukee beat Cleveland State 67-63 on Saturday.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) — Cameron Morse scored 25 points with five 3-pointers and Braun Hatfield added 17 points as Youngstown State battled past Milwaukee 72-63 Thursday night in a seesaw game.
In a game where the teams traded scoring runs, Youngstown State (4-11, 2-0 Horizon League) had the last one, finishing the game 11-6 after Milwaukee had pulled to within five, 61-56 with 2:43 to go. Hatfield hit a 3-pointer, Garrett Covington a layup and the Penguins were 5 of 6 from the foul line.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Jeremiah Bell scored 10 of his 14 points after halftime, Bryce Nze recorded his third career double-double and Milwaukee broke away to a 62-52 win over Jacksonville on Tuesday night.
Nze scored 13 points and hauled down 12 rebounds and blocked four shots. Brock Stull scored 12 points for the Panthers (6-3) making four 3-pointers, three in the second half.

DETROIT (AP) — Jeremiah Bell scored a career-high 31 points and Milwaukee cruised to an 85-60 victory over Detroit Mercy on Friday night in the first round of the Horizon League Tournament.

Northern Kentucky uses 27-4 run to rally by Milwaukee 69-63
HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (AP) — Lavone Holland II had 21 points, four assists and four steals, and Northern Kentucky used a big second-half run to beat Milwaukee 69-63 on Saturday.
Jeremiah Bell gave Milwaukee a 54-41 lead with 8:30 to go but Northern Kentucky went on a 27-4 run to take a 68-58 lead. Holland scored 14 points during the run in which six different NKU players scored.
Bell had a basket at the six-minute mark and UWM didn't score again until Cody Wichmann's 3 with 23 seconds left.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Brock Stull scored 18 points and Milwaukee, playing at home for the first time in three weeks, put Northern Kentucky away in the second half to post a 68-58 Horizon League victory Thursday night.
Stull hit 7 of 10 shots from the field, including 3 of 5 from long range, and grabbed seven rebounds to lead the Panthers, who started the season playing 12 of their first 16 games on the road.
Hales gets big steal to preserve Cleveland State’s win
CLEVELAND (AP) — Demonte Flannigan had 18 points and nine rebounds, Terrell Hales made a steal in the final minute and Cleveland State beat Milwaukee 62-53 on Saturday.
Flannigan was 9 of 13 from the field and Hales came up big in his only minute of play.
Bradds with 18 as Belmont holds off Milwaukee 62-56
MILWAUKEE (AP) — Austin Luke and Taylor Barnette sank 4 of 4 foul shots in the final minute of the game and Belmont held on to defeat Milwaukee 62-56 on Monday night.
Evan Bradds scored 18 points on 9 of 13 shooting and added nine rebounds to lead the Bruins (5-4). Amanze Egekeze added 14 points with 14 rebounds for his second double-double in three games.
Miklusak, Gilbeck lead W Illinois past Milwaukee, 75-59
MILWAUKEE (AP) — Mike Miklusak had a double-double, Brandon Gilbeck scored 15 points and grabbed nine rebounds and Western Illinois snapped a four-game skid with a 75-59 win over Milwaukee on Saturday.
Miklusak had 14 points and a career-high 14 rebounds. Garret Covington also scored 14, Delo Bruster added 13 and C.J. Duff 11.
Milwaukee beats Montana State, spoils Hall’s career night
BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) — Cameron Harvey scored 17 points on a perfect night from the field and Milwaukee spoiled Tyler Hall's career night with an 83-78 victory over Montana State on Monday night.
Hall, a Montana State sophomore guard, hit six 3s for a career-high 42 points. He was 15 of 25 from the field to top his previous best of 36 points during his freshman season.
Milwaukee beats Jacksonville in 1st home game since opener
MILWAUKEE (AP) — Brock Stull had 17 points and 11 rebounds, Jeremiah Bell scored 15 points, and Milwaukee beat Jacksonville 72-67 on Wednesday night.
Jacksonville, which trailed by as many as 13 points in the second half, went on a 13-5 run to get within 62-58 with 3:14 left.
