CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Grant Riller had 30 points to go with six rebounds and four assists as Charleston rolled past Elon 79-58 on Thursday night to extend its unbeaten streak to 11 games and claim the Colonial Athletic Association regular season championship.
Charleston (23-6, 14-3) is tied with Michigan State and Grambling for longest win streak in the nation.
The Cougars embarked on their current winning streak after falling to Elon 63-58 on Jan. 13.
College of Charleston beats UNC Wilmington 88-74
WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) — Grant Riller and Jarrell Brantley combined for 51 points on 19-of-25 shooting, including 7 of 9 from 3-point range, to help College of Charleston beat UNC Wilmington 88-74 on Saturday night for its 10th consecutive win.
Riller made 11 of 14 from the field and finished with 28 points and Brantley hit 4 of 4 on 3-pointers. Joe Chealey had 15 points and Cameron Johnson scored 10 for College of Charleston (22-6, 13-3 Colonial Athletic Association).
Charleston keeps CAA lead, beats James Madison in OT, 81-78
HARRISONBURG, Va. (AP) — Grant Riller drilled a game-winning 3-pointer with 2.2 seconds left in overtime to lift College of Charleston to an 81-78 Colonial Athletic Association victory Thursday night.
Charleston (21-6, 12-3) won its ninth straight to remain atop the CAA standings, a game ahead of Northeastern.

ELON, N.C. (AP) — Steven Santa Ana was 6 of 8 from 3-point range and scored 23 to help Elon beat Charleston 63-58 on Saturday.
Dmitri Thompson hit a pair of free throws with 9.3 seconds left to make it 61-58 for Elon. Charleston's Joe Chealey missed a 3-point attempt and Santa Ana capped the scoring with another pair of free throws with 1.8 seconds left.
Charleston cruises in 82-66 win over Northeastern
CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Jarrell Brantley scored 22 points and Charleston cruised to an 82-66 victory over Northeastern on Thursday night.
Charleston (12-5, 3-2 Colonial Athletic Association) took the lead for good midway through the first half and built a 10-point halftime advantage. Northeastern (10-7, 3-2) cut the deficit to six points early in the second, but Joe Chealey hit a 3-pointer during a 7-0 spurt and Charleston led by double digits for nearly the rest of the way.

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Joe Chealey and Jarrell Brantley combined for 55 points as Charleston dominated Delaware 93-78 in Colonial Athletic Association play on Tuesday night.
Chealey was 8 of 12 from the floor and made all nine free-throw attempts for 29 points. Brantley hit 8 of 10 field goals and made all eight free throws for 26 points.
Brantley helps Charleston pull away from Towson 73-62
CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Jarrell Brantley had 14 of his 24 points in the second half and Charleston pulled away to beat Towson 73-62 in the Colonial Athletic Association opener for both teams on Saturday.
Brantley had 11 of his points after the nine-minute mark of the second half, including six during an 8-0 run that gave the Cougars (10-3) a 64-48 lead with 3:46 to go.

Charleston outlasts Coastal Carolina 67-65 behind Riller
CONWAY, S.C. (AP) — Grant Riller tossed in 24 points on 9-of-14 shooting and Jarrell Brantley hit four straight free throws in the final 13 seconds to help Charleston hold off Coastal Carolina 67-65 on Friday.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Victor Joseph scored eight of his 20 points in the final 1:32 to lead Cal Poly to a 73-68 victory over Charleston on Wednesday in a Great Alaska Shootout opener.
Joseph was 5 of 11 from the field and made four 3-pointers. Donovan Fields added 17 points on 5-of-15 shooting with three 3s for Cal Poly (3-2). Jakub Niziol sank all five of his 3-point attempts and matched a career-best with 15 points.
Pointer, Chealey led College of Charleston past Siena, 68-60 in OT
Marquise Pointer’s faith in his ability to make the shot never wavered, especially when it mattered most.
Like the rest of his College of Charleston teammates Friday night, Pointer was struggling with his long-range shooting touch late in the second half.
With a minute left in regulation and the Cougars trailing, 51-49, the Cougars had made just four of 24 3-pointers.
