BRISTOL, Tenn. (AP) — Johnny Sauter took the lead with five laps left when John Hunter Nemechek slowed because of late fuel pickup issues, then held off Stewart Friesen on Thursday night at Bristol Motor Speedway for his fifth NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory of the season.
Moffitt edges Sauter in Michigan for 4th Trucks win of year
BROOKLYN, Mich. (AP) — Brett Moffitt passed Jimmy Sauter just before the finish line Saturday at Michigan International Speedway for his fourth NASCAR Truck Series victory of the season.
Moffitt edged Sauter — the leader the previous 12 laps — by 0.025 seconds.
"Pretty amazing this little team's gone to Victory Lane four times this year," Moffitt said. "The whole last however- many laps I was behind (Sauter), I would get to him, but I would push him with that air bubble between our bumpers.

John Hunter Nemechek wins trucks race at Martinsville
MARTINSVILLE, Va. (AP) — John Hunter Nemechek staved off a bump from Kyle Benjamin in the final turn at Martinsville Speedway on Monday to win a Truck Series race that was postponed two days because of snow.
It was Nemechek's first career victory at Martinsville, where he had finished second twice and third once.
Kligerman wins Talladega as Nemechek advances in playoffs
TALLADEGA, Ala. (AP) — Parker Kligerman won the Truck Series race at Talladega Superspeedway, where the focus was on John Hunter Nemechek's desperate push to advance in the playoffs.

NEWTON, Iowa (AP) — John Hunter Nemechek raced to his second straight NASCAR Camping World Truck victory, taking the lead with his six laps left Friday night at Iowa Speedway.
Nemechek took four new tires during the final caution. The gamble paid off, as he passed leader Johnny Sauter soon after a restart.
The 20-year-old Nemechek raced to his fifth career victory, driving the No. 8 Chevrolet for his father, former NASCAR Cup driver Joe Nemechek. He won last week at Gateway in Madison, Illinois.
Grala wins NASCAR Truck Series opener after Crafton flips
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Rookie Kaz Grala won the NASCAR Truck Series season opener Friday night, getting through a massive wreck on the final lap at Daytona International Speedway.
The 18-year-old Grala became the youngest winner in a NASCAR national series at Daytona. He was lucky to even make it to the checkered flag.
