CHENEY, Wash. (AP) — Mason Peatling drove for a layup to open the scoring in overtime and Eastern Washington easily won the extra period to knock off Northern Colorado 88-78 on Saturday afternoon.

GREELEY, Colo. (AP) — Jonah Radebaugh had a career-high 28 points, Jordan Davis added 25 points, and Northern Colorado beat Portland State 80-62 on Thursday night.
Radebaugh made 8 of 10 shots, including 5 of 6 from 3-point range, and grabbed eight rebounds, Bodie Hume added 12 points for the Bears (14-8, 8-3 Big Sky), who moved past Weber State into second place and stayed a game behind Montana in the conference standings.
Northern Colorado roars to 118-52 win for 6th victory

GREELEY, Colo. (AP) — Andre Spight scored 40 points with seven of Northern Colorado's 17 3-pointers and the Beats beat Sam Houston State 99-80 on Wednesday night in the CIT semifinals.
Northern Colorado made its first 10 shots from the field with four 3-pointers and Spight scored 16 points in the first half to help the Bears build a 42-39 lead after shooting 68 percent overall, including 8 of 14 from distance.
Spight was 15 of 24 from the floor to reach 1,000 career points and UNC shot 59 percent.
Montana escapes with OT win over Northern Colorado
RENO, Nev. (AP) — Bobby Moorehead had a game-tying 3 near the end of the second half and hit a key free throw late in overtime to help top-seeded Montana escape No. 5 seed Northern Colorado 91-89 in the Big Sky Tournament semifinals on Friday night.
The Grizzlies (25-7) will face the winner of No. 3 seed Eastern Washington and 10th-seeded Southern Utah in the championship on Saturday.
RENO, Nev. (AP) — Andre Spight scored 25 points, Jonah Radebaugh added 20 and fifth-seeded Northern Colorado raced past fourth-seeded Weber State 80-55 on Thursday in the quarterfinals of the Big Conference Tournament.
Spight had three 3-pointers and a 3-point play, scoring the last 12 points of a 14-0 run that put the Bears (22-11) in the lead for good, 19-7 with 11½ to go in the first half. Spight had 17 points at the break and the Bears led 42-26.

GREELEY, Colo. (AP) — Andre Spight set career highs with 41 points and eight 3-pointers to set Northern Colorado's single-game scoring mark as the Bears beat Montana State 86-63 on Saturday.
Jalen Sanders scored 12 points with a career-high 17 rebounds, Jonah Radebaugh added 11 points with 10 boards, and the Bears (15-9, 6-5 Big Sky Conference) made 10 3-pointers and shot 51.5 percent from the field.

MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — Chaz Glotta led a balanced scoring attack with 17 points and was perfect from the field as Northern Colorado took down Idaho 80-63 on Thursday night.
Andre Spight added 13 points and 9 assists for the Bears (14-7, 5-3 Big Sky Conference), while Jonah Radebaugh had 13 points and 8 rebounds. Five of Glotta's six baskets were 3-pointers.

MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) — Jamar Akoh scored a career-high 34 points with eight rebounds as Montana slipped past Northern Colorado 89-80 for its fourth straight Big Sky Conference win on Saturday night.
Montana (11-5, 4-0) remained undefeated at home (7-0). The Grizzlies have won six of their last seven with the only loss being at Washington, 66-63.

GREELEY, Colo. (AP) — Andre Spight had 21 points and 10 rebounds to help Northern Colorado beat Eastern Washington 88-75 in the Big Sky Conference opener for both teams on Friday night.
The Bears (10-4) pushed the lead into double digits for good during an 8-2 run that ended at 74-61, and followed with an 11-4 run that extended to their largest lead at 85-67 with 1:21 to play.

GREELEY, Colo. (AP) — Ty Gibson hit six 3-pointers and scored a career-high 21 points and Eastern Washington drubbed Northern Colorado 70-44 on Saturday in the only regular season matchup between the schools.
Jacob Wiley had 21 points and eight rebounds for the Eagles (17-9, 9-4 Big Sky). Eastern Washington shot 48 percent and hit 10 3-pointers, moving its record to 12-3 when shooting at least 45 percent.
Miles paces N. Colorado past S. Utah in an 89-71 win
CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) — DJ Miles scored 28 points, Jordan Davis had 24 points and Northern Colorado beat Southern Utah 89-71 on Saturday night to end a five-game losing streak.
The last time the Bears won, and topped 80 points, was on Jan. 7 in an 83-79 win against Northern Arizona.
Davis with 19, N. Colorado defeats Portland State 73-59
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Jordan Davis scored 19 points, DJ Miles 17 off the bench and Northern Colorado used a big run to start the second half and tough defense to defeat Portland State 73-59 on Saturday, snapping the Vikings' five-game win streak.
Northern Colorado (6-7, 2-0 Big Sky) led 33-30 at halftime but started the second half 16-7. Portland State was held to its lowest score this season, shooting 24 of 66, for 36 percent. The Vikings were 7 of 31 on 3-point tries.
