DORTMUND, Germany (AP) — Borussia Dortmund midfielder Raphael Guerreiro has been ruled out for three to four months after having surgery on a foot injury on Monday.
Dortmund says that Guerreiro's injury, initially said to be bruising that he sustained playing for Portugal in the Confederations Cup, was found to be a fracture following examinations back in Germany.
DORTMUND, Germany (AP) — Germany World Cup hero Mario Goetze is expected to return to training with Borussia Dortmund when the side reconvenes from its summer break on Friday.
Goetze hasn't played since January and was diagnosed in February with "metabolic disturbances" following months of recurring muscular problems.

Dortmund says the 21-year-old Weigl will be out for three to four months.
Weigl landed awkwardly in a challenge with Philipp Max in the 20th minute. He received on-field treatment before he was carried off and taken to hospital.
