One of four running backs on the roster, Fluellen had missed the past five games with an injured knee. With the Titans declaring linebackers Brian Orakpo (elbow) and Sharif Finch (left shoulder) out after practice Thursday, they needed another linebacker for depth.

The Titans scored 24 points in the second half and ran over the Seahawks for 195 yards Sunday for a 33-27 victory . They've now won two straight for their best start since opening 3-1 in 2013.

Casey, a two-time Pro Bowl selection, was a full participant in practice Friday and wasn't given a status designation on the Titans' final injury report, which means he's expected to play Sunday when the Titans travel to Jacksonville.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Tennessee Titans have agreed to a multi-year extension with two-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Jurrell Casey.
The team announced the extension Friday as the Titans went through their conditioning test.
Casey still had two seasons remaining on his current contract. ESPN reported Casey received a four-year, $60.4 million extension.
Titans defensive linemen Casey, Klug questionable for Sunday
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Tennessee Titans have listed defensive linemen Jurrell Casey and Karl Klug as questionable for Sunday's game at Kansas City.
Both players said that after increasing their practice reps on Friday, they're planning to play against the Chiefs.
Casey, Klug and linebacker David Bass were limited Friday. Bass also was listed as questionable.
Linebacker Sean Spence has been ruled out with a left ankle sprain.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Derrick Morgan is having the best season in his seventh year in the NFL, while Brian Orakpo on the other side of Tennessee's defensive line is just two sacks shy of matching his career high.
Together, the Titans linebackers are taking down quarterbacks as good as any duo in the NFL.
Morgan has eight sacks, while Orakpo has nine for a total of 17. Only Cliff Avril (10) and Frank Clark (7½) of Seattle have more combined sacks, and that's by just a half sack.
