NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — David Cohn scored 24 points, Nathan Knight had a double-double and No. 4 seed William & Mary defeated fifth-seeded Towson for the first time in three meetings this season, 80-66, on Sunday to advance to the semifinals of the Colonial Athletic Association Tournament.
The Tribe (19-11) will take on top-seeded Charleston on Monday.
Hofstra pulls away late, beats Towson 91-86
HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. (AP) — Justin Wright-Foreman scored 27 points and Hofstra pulled away in the final four minutes to beat Towson 91-86 on Saturday in a Colonial Athletic Association regular season finale.
Hofstra (19-11, 12-6) has won five of its last six games, and finishes in third place in the conference standings. Towson (18-13, 8-10) entered having secured no better than fifth place.
Occeus scores 24 to lead Northeastern past Towson 80-75
BOSTON (AP) — Shawn Occeus scored 24 points with four 3-pointers, Vasa Pusica added 17 points with three treys and Northeastern drained 12 of 25 from long range to defeat Towson 80-75 Thursday night, pushing its win streak to six games and securing its second-place finish in the Colonial Athletic Association.
The Huskies (20-9, 13-4) close out the regular season Saturday at Elon, and have earned a bye into the quarterfinals of the CAA tournament March 4.
Lewis free throws allow James Madison to upset Towson, 69-66
TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Matt Lewis hit three of four from the free-throw line in the final minute and James Madison held on to beat Towson 69-66 on Saturday night.
The loss drops Towson into fifth place in the Colonial Athletic Association, a game behind Williams & Mary. James Madison is a half-game behind North Carolina-Wilmington in a battle for the No. 7 tournament seed.
Stuckey Mosley scored 19 points to lead the Dukes (9-19, 5-10), with Lewis adding 16 points.
Martin, Starr lead Towson to 90-68 rout of Drexel
TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Zane Martin totaled 18 points, five rebounds and four assists and Brian Starr added 16 points and six boards to power Towson to a 90-68 romp over Drexel on Thursday night.
Mike Morsell and Justin Gorham each scored 13 for the Tigers (14-6, 4-3 Colonial Athletic Association), while Deshaun Morman scored 12.

Towson beats defending CAA champ UNC Wilmington 89-71
TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Mike Morsell made four 3-pointers and scored 24 points to help Towson beat defending Colonial Athletic Association champion UNC Wilmington 89-71 on Friday night.
The Tigers made 12 of 22 3-pointers — with three from Brian Starr and two apiece by Zane Martin and Jordan McNeil.
Starr and Martin added 12 points apiece for Towson (11-5, 1-2). Eddie Keith II scored 11, Justin Gorham had 10 points and 10 rebounds and McNeil chipped in 10 points.
Martin scores 23 to lead Towson past Florida Atlantic, 76-52
ESTERO, Fla. (AP) — Zane Martin tied career high with four made 3-pointers and 23 points on Monday night and Towson never trailed in its 76-52 win over Florida Atlantic in the Gulf Coast Showcase.
Eddie Keith had a career-best tying 13 points and Justin Gorham scored 10 on 5-of-6 shooting for Towson (3-1).
Towson beats Loyola (Md.) 95-72
BALTIMORE (AP) — Brian Starr scored 21, making all seven of his attempts from the field including three 3-pointers, and Towson beat Loyola of Maryland 95-72 on Friday night.
Zane Martin added 19 points on 8-of-13 shooting and the Tigers (2-1) shot 61.8 percent (34 of 55).
Cam Gregory had 17 points for the Greyhounds (0-3), who never led after the opening minutes. Towson had its largest lead at 63-30 with 14:57 left.
Towson beats James Madison for sixth win in a row
TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Mike Morsell scored 19 points on 5-of-10 shooting and Towson beat James Madison 75-65 on Saturday night for its sixth straight win.
The Tigers (19-10, 11-5), who have won 11 of 12 overall, have clawed their way back into the pictures in the Colonial Athletic Association standings, just two games behind conference leader UNC Wilmington.
