Randy Miller Jr. had 14 points for N.C. Central (12-13, 7-4 Mid-Eastern Conference). Larry McKnight Jr. added 10 points. Raasean Davis had 10 points and nine rebounds for the hosts.
Kevin Larkin had 19 points and 10 rebounds for the Hornets (4-20, 1-10). Johquin Wiley added six assists. Ameer Bennett had three blocks.
Hamilton scores 27 to lift NC A&T past Delaware St. 82-52
GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) — Amari Hamilton had a career-high 27 points as NC A&T rolled past Delaware State 82-52 on Saturday.
Hamilton made all seven of his shots from deep.
Ronald Jackson had 10 points and seven rebounds for NC A&T (12-11, 7-2 Mid-Eastern Conference), which earned its fifth straight home victory. Nelson Nweke added 10 points. Tyrone Lyons had 10 rebounds for the hosts.
The Hornets' 25.4 field goal percentage represented the worst mark by a NC A&T opponent this season.
Joseph leads Savannah State over Delaware State 76-73
DOVER, Del. (AP) — Collins Joseph scored 17 points with three 3-pointers and Savannah State held off Delaware State 76-73 on Saturday night, handing the Hornets their 10th straight loss.

Diakite's 20 points were his season high and he collected his third double-double of the season. Cletrell Pope, who leads the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference with 10 double-doubles, just missed his 11th as he had 11 rebounds and eight points for the Wildcats (8-11, 3-2).

MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) — Josh Thompson scored 19 points to lead eight Ball State players in double figures and the Cardinals defeated Delaware State 116-57 on Saturday.
Tahjai Teague had 16 points, K.J. Walton had 13 points and seven rebounds, and Tayler Persons had 16 points and seven assists for the Cardinals (9-4). Nine players played at least 16 minutes for the Cardinals, with the eight in double figures. Zach Gunn had eight points, six rebounds and two assists.
Larkin’s career-high 40 points send Delaware State by Cairn
DOVER, Del. (AP) — Senior Kevin Larkin scored a career 40 points and Delaware State beat Division III-member Cairn University 102-66 on Monday night to end its three-game losing streak.
Larkin shot 17 of 26 from the floor, grabbed 11 rebounds — six on the offensive end — had six assists and four steals. Larkin's previous high was 25 points as a true freshman when he played at Division II Cheyney.
Delaware State cruises past St. Elizabeth 80-47
DOVER, Del. (AP) — Jonathan Mitchell scored 17 points with three 3-pointers and seven rebounds and Delaware State beat Division III St. Elizabeth 80-47 on Monday night for its first win of the season.
Fahim Jenneto scored 15 points with four 3-pointers, Saleik Edwards had 13 with three 3-pointers, and Ameer Bennett grabbed 10 rebounds for the Hornets (1-4), who held St. Elizabeth to 31 percent shooting and made 13 of 32 3-pointers.

Dukes was 11-of-17 shooting, including 5 of 8 from the arc, and made all 10 of his free throws, running his streak at the line to 27.

Wyche leads St. Peter’s attack in 66-53 win over Niagara
LEWISTON, N.Y. (AP) — Trevis Wyche scored 19 points and Quadir Welton and Antwon Portley each scored 11 and Saint Peter's controlled Niagara from the outset with a 66-53 win on Friday.
Saint Peter's (17-12, 13-6 Metro Atlantic Athletic) raced to a 13-3 lead and never trailed. Wyche started the scoring with a layup, a 3-point play off a made layup, and another layup during the early run.
Monmouth first in nation to win regular-season title
WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. (AP) — Justin Robinson made 7 3-pointers in scoring 27 points and Monmouth became the first Division-I team in the nation to clinch an outright regular-season title, beating Niagara 93-75.
The Hawks (23-5, 15-2) won their second consecutive Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference regular-season championship by extending their school-record winning streak to 13. The last time Monmouth won consecutive titles was 2004-05.
Iona takes down Niagara 90-76 behind Severe’s 23 points
LEWISTON, N.Y. (AP) — Jon Severe scored 23 points, Rickey McGill added 19 points, and Taylor Bessick grabbed 11 rebounds and Iona dominated from the outset with 90-76 win over Niagara on Sunday.
McGill added five boards, five assists, and three steals, Sam Cassell Jr. had 15 points, seven rebounds, and six assists, and E.J. Crawford added 13 points.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Matt Scott scored 18 points to lead five Niagara players in double figures and the Purple Eagles beat Canisius 94-81 on Friday night to snap a two-game skid.
Scott made 6 of 10 from the field, including three 3-pointers, and grabbed nine rebounds. Kevin Larkin and Kahlil Dukes had 16 points apiece, Marvin Prochet scored 13 and Chris Barton 10. Dukes was 7-of-11 shooting with seven assists and Larkin had eight boards.
