PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) — Logan McIntosh scored 13 points Monday night and hit two free throws with 6.4 seconds left to help Maryland-Eastern Shore end a seven-game skid 62-61 over Florida A&M.

Ahmad Frost led the Hawks (6-19, 2-8 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) with 19 points and Miryne Thomas had 16 points and 11 rebounds.

UMES trailed 57-52 before Frost hit a 3-pointer with 3:10 left that sparked a 10-4 run to close the game. McIntosh's 3-point play with two minutes to go made it 58-57.

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) — RJ Cole scored 28 points, Charles Williams scored 19 and Howard outscored Maryland-Eastern Shore 20-10 down the stretch for an 85-75 win on Saturday.

Cole's jumper gave Howard a 69-68 lead with 6:29 remaining following Logan McIntosh's 3 for the Hawks and the Bison never trailed again. Kyle Foster added 13 points for Howard (6-17, 3-4 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference).

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) — Reggie Gardner Jr. scored 19 points, including four 3-pointers, and Raasean Davis added 16 points on 7-of-10 shooting to help North Carolina Central slip past Maryland-Eastern Shore 63-60 on Monday night.

Freshman Jordan Perkins had nine points, six rebounds and nine assists for NCCU (11-9, 5-1 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference). The Eagles have won 12 in a row against Eastern Shore (5-17, 1-5).

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) — Femi Olujobi scored 17 points and the go-ahead 3-pointer late and North Carolina A&T edged out Maryland-Eastern Shore 66-64 on Saturday to win its fifth straight.

Isaiah Bailey's 3-point play near the one-minute mark pushed Bethune-Cookman's lead to 86-81 and Soufiyane Diakite added two free throws on the Wildcats' next possession for a seven-point lead.

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) — Ahmad Frost sank seven 3-pointers and finished with a career-high 33 points to help Maryland-Eastern Shore to a 92-83 win over Hampton on Saturday.

Tyler Jones added 28 points, Miryne Thomas scored 16 and Logan McIntosh dished out nine assists for Maryland-Eastern Shore, which was 31 of 61 from the field. Frost missed just two from behind the arc, going 10 for 15 from the field, and made all six of his free throws.

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) — Cameron Bacote scored 22 points and Sean Hoggs added 15 and Maryland-Eastern Shore held off scrappy Central Penn College 74-69 on Sunday.

Central Penn College (7-8) is a Division II-member of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association. Against Maryland-Eastern Shore, the Knights played their fifth NCAA Division I opponent and are scheduled to face one more.

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Marcus Foster hit three 3-pointers and scored 15 to lead five players in double figures and Creighton rolled to an 87-36 victory over Maryland-Eastern Shore on Friday night.

Khyri Thomas and Ty-Shon Alexander added 12 points apiece for the Bluejays (8-2), while Martin Krampelj and Manny Suarez scored 11 and 10, respectively.

LYNCHBURG, Va. (AP) — Ryan Kemrite had 12 points and reserves Caleb Homesley and Myo Baxter-Bell combined to score 21 to lead Liberty to a 71-49 romp over Maryland-Eastern Shore on Friday night.

Baxter-Bell scored 11 with four rebounds and four assists and Homesley added 10 points, four assists and three rebounds for the Flames (7-3), who dominated the first half and led 38-16 at intermission.

PITTSBURGH (AP) — Mike Lewis II scored 29 points on 10-of-12 shooting, Eric Williams Jr. added a career-high 24 points to go with 11 boards and Duquesne beat Maryland-Eastern Shore 86-61 on Monday night.

Lewis was 6 of 7 from 3-point range and Williams was 4 of 6. It was Williams' third double-double of the season.

The Dukes (3-3) made 14 of 29 (48.3 percent) from the arc and had a 44-27 edge in rebounding. Tarin Smith added 10 points and Kellon Taylor had eight rebounds and seven assists.

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) — Tyler Jones scored 18 points, including the clinching free throws with 10 seconds left, Miryne Thomas had a double-double and Maryland-Eastern Shore rallied to defeat American 74-70 on Saturday.

Thomas had 17 points and 10 rebounds. Logan McIntosh and Ahman Frost added 13 points apiece for the Hawks (3-5), who trailed 45-37 at halftime.

DESTIN, Fla. (AP) — Colen Gaynor scored 15 points on 5-of-5 shooting from 3-point range, Tyler Jones had 13 points with 11 rebounds and Maryland-Eastern Shore beat Jackson State 66-63 on Friday in the Emerald Coast Classic.

Gaynor made a 3 with 8:48 remaining to put Maryland-Eastern Shore (2-3) ahead 57-49. It was the Hawks' last field goal of the game, but they managed to hold off Jackson State (1-4) by shooting just 9 for 19 at the free-throw line.

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — Tyler Jones scored 23 points, Logan McIntosh hit the game-winning layup with 12 seconds to go, and No. 5 Maryland-Eastern Shore beat No. 4 Hampton 68-66 in the quarterfinals of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Tournament on Thursday night.

The Hawks move to the semifinals against top seed North Carolina Central on Friday. Hampton had two final shots, but Lawrence Cooks missed a 3-pointer and Trevond Barnes missed the follow.

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) — Bakari Copeland hit 17 of 21 free throws and scored 29 points, and Maryland-Eastern Shore kept North Carolina A&T winless in conference with a 106-95 triple-overtime victory on Monday night.

UMES scored the first nine points of the final frame to start a 17-6 game-closing run. Logan McIntosh had five points in the final five minutes and five UMES players scored.

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) — Bakari Copeland scored 22 points, including the winning free throw in overtime, to lift Maryland-Eastern Shore to an 82-81 win over Bethune-Cookman on Monday night.

Trailing by a point with 18 seconds left, Copeland was fouled and went to the line, where he hit both free throws, and then Bethune-Cookman's Diamante Lewis put up a jumper at the other end that fell short as time expired.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Bakari Copeland grabbed 10 rebounds and scored seven of his career-high 24 points in the final 4:03 to help Maryland-Eastern Shore rally to an 82-79 win over Bethune-Cookman on Saturday, snapping a two-game skid.

Ryan Andino scored 18 with four 3-pointers and Logan McIntosh added 15 with seven assists for the Hawks (5-14, 2-2 Mid-Eastern Athletic), who made 22 of 32 free throws compared to 10 Bethune-Cookman attempts.

GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) — Ryan Andino made nine 3-pointers and scored a career-high 31 points, Bakari Copeland added 26 points and Maryland-Eastern Shore beat North Carolina A&T 99-88 on Monday night for the Aggies' 15th straight loss.

Andino, who averages 13.7 points per game, and Copeland were each 10-of-14 shooting from the floor. Andino only missed four of his 13 3-point attempts and UMES was 16 of 27 (59.3 percent) from distance.

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) — Ryan Andino hit six 3-pointers and finished with 20 points, Logan McIntosh scored 16 on 6-of-8 shooting and Maryland-Eastern Shore beat Central Penn 87-74 on Monday night to snap an eight-game skid dating to last season.

Thomas Rivera and Bakari Copeland added 13 points apiece for the Hawks.

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) — Che Bob and Emmanuel Omogbo both had double-doubles with four assists to lead Colorado State to a 76-65 win over Maryland-Eastern Shore on Wednesday.

Bob had 14 points and 10 rebounds and also had four blocks for the Rams (3-1). Omogbo had 11 points and 10 rebounds and J.D. Paige had 13 points and five assists.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (AP) — Tyler Cavanaugh had 24 points and 10 rebounds, and Yuta Watanabe was 4 for 6 from the free throw line in the final 23 seconds, helping George Washington get past Maryland-Eastern Shore 75-71 Friday night.

It was the season opener for both teams.

The 6-foot-9, 196-pound Watanabe finished 10 for 12 from the free throw line for the game.
