NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The second weekend of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival kicks off Thursday. The festival, now in its 49th year, features an array of artists from New Orleans and Louisiana as well as out-of-town performers such as Beck and Aerosmith. Here's a look at some of what to expect during the festival's second weekend which starts Thursday and wraps up Sunday:

AKRON, Ohio – Country star Lyle Lovett and folk singer-songwriter Shawn Colvin will put on an acoustic performance at Akron's Goodyear Theater on March 22.
Lovett is most well-known for the song "You've Got A Friend In Me," which was featured in the 1995 animated film "Toy Story." He also wrote popular country songs "If I Had A Boat" and "Country Man." Over his career, Lovett has released 14 albums.

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — Don Henley, Lyle Lovett and Clint Black are the latest musicians planning a concert to raise money for victims of Harvey.
The trio on Tuesday announced a Nov. 28 show at Bass Hall in Fort Worth.
Tickets go on sale Friday for the "Helping Texans: A Hurricane Harvey Benefit Concert." Proceeds will be distributed by the North Texas Community Foundation .
Tickets for a concert by Lyle Lovett and John Hiatt Nov. 2 at Mayo Civic Center will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.
Both artists would be considered among the first rank of singer/songwriters who work in the rich vein of folk, blues, country, jazz and rock music.
Strait concert at $3.4 million and counting for hurricane relief
SAN ANTONIO — Before they’d even struck a note at Tuesday night’s Hurricane Harvey benefit concert, George Strait and some heavyweight music friends had raised $3.4 million from ticket proceeds, donations and a match from the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation.
Concert promoter Louis Messina said ticket proceeds for the Majestic Theatre show featuring Strait, Miranda Lambert, Lyle Lovett, Chris Stapleton and Robert Earl Keen would top $1.3 million.
Bloomington musician Tom Roznowski will perform Saturday at Clifty Falls State Park as part of the Arts in the Parks program. The concert will begin at 7 p.m. in the camping ground amphitheater. Fox Theater has a busy few months ahead of it with the announcement of four shows, including its Summer Concert Series.
On May 12, the Spokane Symphony, accompanied by a full rock band, Zebra frontman Randy Jackson and guest conductor Brent Havens, will perform “The Music of Led Zeppelin,” interpreting the band’s greatest hits in a way only they can. Tickets are $25-$80.

Lovett, 59, is a Grammy-winning singer, composer and actor who hails from Texas. “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” from the film “Toy Story,” is among his hits, along with “If I Had a Boat” and “Give Back My Heart.”
Country singer-songwriters Lyle Lovett and John Hiatt will grace Southeast Texas with a "rare and intimate concert" at the Jefferson Theatre early next year, the City of Beaumont announced Thursday.
The acoustic performance begins at 8 p.m. Feb. 18 at the place where Lyle once played a sold-out show.
Lyle, who rose to fame in the 1980s and '90s, is known for hits like "Cowboy Man," "Stand By Your Man" and "She's No Lady."
