Heiskanen and Tyler Seguin each scored twice after Jamie Benn tied it at 1 in the first period. Heiskanen, a 19-year-old defenseman, has nine goals this season.

He became the first rookie goalie in franchise history to post back-to-back shutouts.

Devils goalie Cory Schneider goes on injured reserve
NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — The New Jersey Devils have placed goaltender Cory Schneider on injured reserve with an abdominal strain.
The Devils announced the injury Monday and recalled goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood from Binghamton (AHL).
Schneider, who lost his starting job to Keith Kinkaid last season, has struggled this season after offseason surgery on left hip in May. He has a 0-5-1 record with a 4.29 goals-against average and a .862 save percentage.
WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Zach Aston-Reese scored at 3:28 of overtime to give the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins a spirited 4-3 victory over the Binghamton Devils on Saturday night at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Aston-Reese picked up the puck behind the Devils net and skated out in front. He waited out Binghamton goalie Mackenzie Blackwood, who went down, and lifted the puck over him for the game-winner.
It was Aston-Reese’s ninth goal of the season. Teddy Blueger picked up the lone assist.
