Stuart is a defenseman for the Adler Mannheim in the German Hockey League. The Adler, which has been a member of the league since 1938, is located in Mannheim, Germany.
Stuart had spent the last six seasons as a member of the Winnipeg Jets. He was originally a first-round draft choice of the Boston Bruins in 2003 and the No. 21 pick overall.
