MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — The Memphis Grizzlies have signed forward Bruno Caboclo to a 10-day contract on a call-up from the NBA's G League Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
The Grizzlies announced the move Thursday.
A native of Brazil, the 6-foot-9, 218-pound Caboclo was the 20th pick overall in the 2014 draft and has played 35 career games in the NBA with Toronto and Sacramento. He spent the 2018 preseason with Houston.

Green had a season-high 24 points and set a franchise record for 3-pointers in a quarter with seven in the third, and the Raptors beat the Memphis Grizzlies 119-90 on Saturday night.
"I haven't heard that since I was a little kid, from your parents on the sidelines," Green said of the "Danny, Danny" chants. "It was fun."

BOSTON (AP) — Kyrie Irving's 20-point third quarter wasn't quite enough for the Boston Celtics to put away the Memphis Grizzlies.
The star guard scored eight more in the fourth, finishing with 38 points and 11 assists while leading the Celtics to a 122-116 victory Friday night.
"He was able to pick his spots and make plays," Boston coach Brad Stevens said. "I thought it was a patient, really good, smart attack by him."

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — The Memphis Grizzlies have signed forward Julian Wallace to a two-way contract and have waived forward/center Jarnell Stokes.
Washburn, 27, has played 23 games with the NBA G League's Austin Spurs and has averaged 10.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 31.6 minutes. He has shot 44.4 percent from the field and 37.1 percent from 3-point range with Austin.

HOUSTON (AP) — James Harden scored a season-high 57 points to carry the short-handed Houston Rockets to a 112-94 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night.
The reigning MVP extended his streak of 30-point games to 17 by halftime, pouring in 36 points over the first two quarters to put Houston on top. It's the longest such streak since Wilt Chamberlain had 20 straight games of at least 30 points in 1964.

HOUSTON (AP) — After scoring a season-high 57 points in Houston's win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night, James Harden was asked how he was able to put Sunday's loss to Orlando, when he went 1 for 17 from 3-point range, behind him so quickly.
"I went 1 for 17? That's a lot of 3s missed," he deadpanned. "Oh wow!"
Then the reigning MVP, who scored 38 points against the Magic despite that terrible statistic, got serious when asked if it's easy to forget about such a night.
Grizzlies’ Kyle Anderson to miss at least 2-4 weeks
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Memphis Grizzlies forward Kyle Anderson is expected to miss at least two to four weeks because of a sprained left ankle.
The Grizzlies announced Sunday that Anderson had a Grade 2 sprain. Anderson hurt the ankle Saturday in a 112-108 loss at Miami.
Anderson has made 38 starts this year in his first season with the Grizzlies. He is averaging 7.9 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 29.7 minutes.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward Dillon Brooks is expected to miss the remainder of the season because of a ruptured ligament in his right big toe.
The Grizzlies announced that Brooks underwent surgery Friday. The Grizzlies said Brooks should have a full recovery in time for the 2019-20 training camp.
Brooks, 22, appeared in 18 games this season off the bench and averaged 7.5 points, 1.7 rebounds and 18.3 minutes.
Russell, Carroll lead surging Nets past Grizzlies, 109-100
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — The Brooklyn Nets had the right formula for a winning start to their road trip.

Grizzlies acquire Justin Holiday from Bulls
CHICAGO (AP) — The struggling Memphis Grizzlies have acquired guard Justin Holiday from the Chicago Bulls for guards MarShon Brooks and Wayne Selden Jr.
Memphis also sent second-round picks in 2019 and 2020 to Chicago in the deal Thursday. The Bulls waived guard Cameron Payne in another move.
