Benatar, Etheridge added to Tanglewood summer lineup
LENOX, Mass. (AP) — Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Melissa Etheridge and Richard Thompson have been added to Tanglewood's 2019 Popular Artist summer series.
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) — Atlantic City's newest hotel and casino has canceled a Pat Benatar concert minutes before the show was to start.
An "unforeseen technical issue" is blamed for the cancellation at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Thursday night.

Summer concerts at Foellinger Theatre will kick off May 4 with KISS rocker Gene Simmons.

Benatar was a leading female rock vocalist in the 1980s, winning Grammys and American Music Awards. She will be joined by long-time musical director, Neil Giraldo.
STAMFORD — The third Wednesday Night Live! concert of the year will feature one the greatest guitarists in jazz history.
George Benson, a 10-time Grammy Award winner, will perform at Columbus Park at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
A former child prodigy, Benson began performing in nightclubs when he was 8 years old. He soon became a highly regarded jazz singer, composer and guitarist. His album Breezin’ was No. 1 on the Billboard album chart in 1976.
