Hayslip says the cement truck overturned, trapping a driver in a sedan underneath. He says the driver was extracted and hospitalized in serious condition.

The patrol says murder and aggravated robbery warrants have been obtained for 34-year-old Paul Randall Jr., of Dolgeville, New York. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reports that 71-year-old Dennis John Svihlik died early Sunday at a Cleveland hospital.
The patrol says the 2005 Chevy Trailblazer caught fire Friday afternoon near the Lakeside-Marblehead exit on State Route 2 in northern Ohio's Ottawa County. It was engulfed in flames within seconds.
A truck driver died Tuesday from an apparent medical issue after a two-vehicle crash in Defiance, Ohio State Highway Patrol said.
Dorian McDaniel, 37, of Cleveland was driving south on Ohio 15, just north of U.S. 24, shortly before 8 a.m. when he suffered the suspected medical issue, the highway patrol in Defiance said in a statement.

A semi driver from Bowling Green, Ohio, was killed early Wednesday after his rig struck the bridge that carries U.S. 24 over Paulding County Road 11, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
