PHOENIX (AP) — Alessandro Lever scored 26 points and led Grand Canyon to an 85-64 victory over Mississippi Valley State on Saturday night.
Grand Canyon (7-5) has won 12 consecutive regular-season home games including six this season. Mississippi Valley State (2-12) has lost six straight games and is 0-10 on the road.
Oscar Frayer and Carlos Johnson added 16 points apiece for the Antelopes, who shot 52 percent (30 of 58) from the field. Frayer made five of Grand Canyon's seven 3-pointers.

Grand Canyon keeps home streak alive, tops Arkansas St 96-72
PHOENIX (AP) — Michael Finke scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds and Grand Canyon won its second straight home game to start the season, thumping Arkansas State, 96-72 on Friday night.
Grand Canyon won its third straight game after losing it season opener at South Dakota State. The Antelopes have won 52 home games over the past four seasons, the fourth highest total in Division I behind only St. Mary's (55), Oregon (53) and Louisville (53).
Grand Canyon wins home opener, routs Delaware State 89-47
PHOENIX (AP) — Trey Drechsel and Oscar Frayer each scored 15 points and Grand Canyon rolled to an 89-47 victory over Delaware State on Saturday night.
The Antelopes (1-1) have won 16 straight home openers.
Drechsel and Frayer made six field goals apiece for Grand Canyon, which was 52 percent from the field. Drechsel, a senior transfer from Western Washington, also led the Antelopes with eight rebounds, six assists, and four steals in 25 minutes.

Casey Benson added 11 points and five assists for the Antelopes (9-3), who won for the fourth time in five games. Oscar Frayer had 10 points as 13 different Antelopes scored and Alessandro Lever snared 10 rebounds to help Grand Canyon control the boards 42-26. PHOENIX (AP) — Joshua Braun hit 4 of 7 shots from behind the bonus arc and scored 20 points as Grand Canyon won its ninth straight game dating back to last season, knocking off Robert Morris, 75-61 Monday night.
The effort moved Braun into first-place all-time at GCU with 199 career 3-pointers. He surpassed Richard Davis, who hit 197 from 2005-07.

Russell scores 31 and Grand Canyon defeats Ark-Pine Bluff
PHOENIX (AP) — DeWayne Russell scored 31 points with six 3-pointers and Grand Canyon defeated Arkansas-Pine Bluff 89-49 on Thursday night, the biggest win over another Division I team in school history.
Russell made 10 of 16 field goals and extended his streak of double-figure scoring to 11 games. Oscar Frayer and Shaq Carr each scored 18 for the Antelopes (8-5) while Martin Gerard added 13. Carr dished nine assists.
