“I’m Going to Disney World!″; Super Bowl LIV Hero to Celebrate with Victory Parade at Walt Disney World Resort

January 31, 2020 GMT

Parade Live Feed, Plus Colorful Parade Photos and Video Will Be Available Monday Afternoon

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (Jan. 31, 2020) – It will be a day of celebration Monday at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Following Super Bowl LIV in Miami Sunday night, a hero from the big game will shout “I’m going to Disney World!” before he is whisked to The Most Magical Place on Earth on Monday for fun and festivities as only Disney could deliver.

A star player from Sunday’s winning team will participate in a celebratory parade down Main Street, U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom Park, accompanied by beloved Disney characters and surrounded by cheering fans. Media outlets will be able to pick up a livestream feed from Monday’s parade at approximately 2:40 p.m. ET. The Disney Parks Blog will also host a livestream of the big event at Disneyparksblog.com.

Monday afternoon, media will also have access to photos and video of the Super Bowl hero experiencing Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Watch for more information following Super Bowl LIV for access to images, videos and the parade livestream.

Monday’s festivities continue a time-honored tradition of megastar athletes commemorating their greatest sports achievements at Disney theme parks, a magical ritual that began in 1987 when Disney celebrated the New York Giants’ Super Bowl win at Walt Disney World Resort.
