Paulinho back with Brazil for 2 London friendlies
RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) — Former Barcelona midfielder Paulinho has returned to Brazil for friendlies against Uruguay and Cameroon in November.
Brazil coach Tite announced his squad on Friday for the two matches in London on Nov.16 and 20. Both games will be at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium.
The 30-year old Paulinho returned to China's Guangzhou Evergrande after the World Cup. He was not called in the two squads announced after the tournament in Russia.
MOSCOW (AP) — Worried no more, Brazil is through at the World Cup.
Paulinho and Thiago Silva scored a goal each Wednesday to give the five-time champions a 2-0 victory over Serbia and first place in their group.

MADRID (AP) — Paulinho scored his first goal for Barcelona late in the second half of a 2-1 win over Getafe, upholding the club's perfect start to the Spanish league on Saturday.
Barcelona's fourth straight win opened a three-point lead over Real Sociedad, the only other team which entered the weekend with a perfect record. Real Sociedad hosts defending champion Real Madrid on Sunday.
Barca to sign Brazil midfielder Paulinho from Chinese club
BARCELONA, Spain (AP) — Barcelona says it has reached a deal with Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande to buy Brazil midfielder Paulinho for 40 million euros ($47 million).
The Spanish club says that Paulinho will sign a four-year contract after a medical exam on Thursday.
He is set to be Barcelona's first signing since Neymar left for Paris Saint-Germain for a world-record 222 million euros ($262 million) last week.
