Pelicans waive Vaughn, James
NEW YORK (AP) — The New Orleans Pelicans waived guard Rashad Vaughn two days after acquiring him a trade that sent forward Dante Cunningham to the Brooklyn Nets.
The move comes hours before the Pelicans' game at Brooklyn on Saturday night.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The New Orleans Pelicans have agreed to trade veteran forward Dante Cunningham to Brooklyn for third-year guard Rashad Vaughn.
The Pelicans announced the deal Thursday.
The 6-foot-6 Vaughn hadn't even spent a week with the Nets, who acquired him and a second-round pick Monday in a trade sending center Tyler Zeller to Milwaukee.
Nets trade Zeller to Bucks for Vaughn, 2nd-round pick
NEW YORK (AP) — The Brooklyn Nets have traded center Tyler Zeller to Milwaukee for guard Rashad Vaughn and a second-round pick.
The Nets say Monday they will get the pick this June if it falls between Nos. 31-47. If not, it will go to Brooklyn in 2020.
Zeller signed with the Nets last summer after spending the three previous seasons with Boston. He averaged 7.1 points and 4.6 rebounds and had recently been replaced in the starting lineup by rookie Jarrett Allen.

Former University of Wisconsin guard Bronson Koenig, who went undrafted, scored nine points — all on 3-pointers — on 3-for-7 shooting for the Bucks. He committed two fouls in 21 minutes.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Milwaukee Bucks' first-round pick D.J. Wilson will get a feel for NBA action at the Summer League games.
Milwaukee's roster will be highlighted by Wilson, along with current roster players Thon Maker, Gary Payton II and Rashad Vaughn. Wisconsin standout guard Bronson Koenig also will participate in the Bucks' Summer League entry, under the direction of Summer League coach Josh Broghamer.

Rashad Vaughn scored a career-high 22 points, including six 3-pointers, for Milwaukee. Giannis Antetokounmpo added 21 points and 11 rebounds. He scored all of his points in the paint, including seven dunks.
