CALGARY, Alberta (AP) — Henrik Sedin scored for the first time this season 38 seconds after Bo Horvat's tiebreaking goal, lifting the Vancouver Canucks over the Calgary Flames 5-3 on Tuesday night.
Horvat scored 4:12 into the third on a power play when he swatted in a centering pass from Ben Hutton. Shortly after, former Canucks defenseman Matt Bartkowski got caught flat-footed in the neutral zone, enabling Henrik and Daniel Sedin to break in dangerously, with Daniel setting up Henrik.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A change in mindset during the preseason has turned the Columbus Blue Jackets from a perennial loser into one of the NHL's best teams.
Cam Atkinson scored twice and Brandon Dubinsky had the go-ahead goal in the third period to help the Blue Jackets set franchise records for wins and points in a season with a 5-3 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Monday night.
Zach Werenski and Sam Gagner also scored for the Blue Jackets, who have 44 wins and 94 points.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The Columbus Blue Jackets made it 12 straight wins Friday night, defeating the Montreal Canadiens 2-1 to maintain the best record in the NHL.
Columbus, improved to 23-5-4 — its best start in franchise history — and has not lost since Nov. 26. Montreal, which outshot Columbus 37-24, fell to 21-9-4.
The win was a league-leading 20th for goalie Sergei Bobvrosky, who kept Columbus in the game despite an apathetic third period in which the Blue Jackets took just five shots.

Gagner tied it with 16 seconds left in the third period and Jones scored 46 seconds into overtime, lifting the Blue Jackets over the Dallas Stars 3-2 on Tuesday night.
Bobrovsky stopped 36 shots, and Nick Foligno also scored.
"The first period wasn't our best, and Bob really kept us in it," Gagner said. "He's been doing that a lot."
