An FBI news release says 37-year-old Rodrick Domonique Jones was arrested last week in Lake Park on federal bank robbery charges.
Investigators say Jones robbed two Chase branches located in Delray Beach and Stuart in 2016. Officials say he robbed the same Delray Beach bank again in 2017 and then the same Stuart bank again in 2018.

U.S. Attorney Mike Stuart says in a news release a federal grand jury in Beckley indicted 49-year-old Mellissa Krystynak of Stuart, Florida, on six counts of mail fraud.
The statement says Krystynak was a counselor from 2011 until 2017 at Greenbrier West High School, where two of her children also attended.

TCPalm.com reports Jaidyn T. Ryan, of Stuart, was pronounced dead at the scene Monday night. FHP spokesman Lt. Alvaro Feola says Ryan was riding his bicycle eastbound across U.S. 1 when he ran into a southbound van driven by 51-year-old Alan C. Rithamel, of Wisconsin.

Coast Guard rescues 3 from sinking boat off Florida coast
STUART, Fla. (AP) — The U.S. Coast Guard rescued three people from a sinking boat off Florida's Atlantic coast.
The agency said in a news release that the 27-foot boat started taking on water off the coast of Stuart on Saturday afternoon. A good Samaritan called the Coast Guard.
A Coast Guard crew "dewatered" the boat and escorted it back to port without further incident.
Sheriff: Deputy who fatally shot man acted in self-defense
STUART, Fla. (AP) — A Florida sheriff says one of his deputies acted in self-defense when he fatally shot a man wielding a machete.
The shooting occurred Oct. 27 a short time after Martin County Deputy John Welliever told dispatchers he was going on foot patrol in a neighborhood. Within minutes, he reported shots had been fired.
A second deputy arrived at the scene as Welliever was giving CPR to 46-year-old Jerry Richardson. Richardson, who was black, was shot five times.

Face-biter said he fled demon-like figure before killings
STUART, Fla. (AP) — A Florida college student accused of randomly killing a couple in their garage and chewing on the dead man's face told television psychologist Phil McGraw he was fleeing a demon-like figure named Daniel and only had a vague recollection of the slayings.
In a 22-minute interview released Tuesday by prosecutors, Austin Harrouff said he lost his wits as he walked back to his father's home after storming out of a restaurant where they had an argument.
