CHICAGO (AP) — Tulio Da Silva had 16 points, nine rebounds and three blocks as Missouri State narrowly beat Loyola of Chicago 65-61 on Sunday.
Jarred Dixon had 10 points for Missouri State (15-12, 9-5 Missouri Valley Conference), which earned its fourth straight win. Josh Webster added seven points and 10 assists.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) — Jarred Dixon banked in a half-court shot just before the final buzzer to help Missouri State beat Illinois State 66-65 on Sunday.
Leading 65-63 with 7.8 seconds left, Illinois State turned it over on an inbounds play. The ball changed hands several times, leading to multiple players diving for the loose ball and it finally fell to Dixon, who took one dribble and launched it off the backboard before getting tackled by his teammates.
Missouri State holds off Southern Illinois for 65-59 win
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) — Jarred Dixon scored 19 points as Missouri State held off a late Southern Illinois rally for a 65-59 victory on Wednesday night.
The teams were even midway through the first half, but Southern Illinois stalled after that as the Bears (12-12, 6-5 Missouri Valley Conference) surged 11-3 to go up 25-17 and they pushed it to 36-23 at the break.
Haldeman scores 15 in Northern Iowa’s win over Missouri St
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (AP) — Spencer Haldeman scored 15 points, making all three of his 3-point tries, and Northern Iowa held off Missouri State 64-59 on Saturday night.
Although there were five ties and 10 lead changes, Northern Iowa held a slight lead throughout much of the game. Haldeman gave UNI a little breathing room, making a 3-pointer for a 57-53 lead with 1:44 remaining. Tulio Da Silva made two free throws for Missouri State with 1:15 to go.
Cook leads Missouri State to 55-37 win over Bradley
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) — Keandre Cook had 16 points and 10 rebounds as Missouri State pasted Bradley 55-37 on Saturday afternoon to complete a season sweep.
Missouri State won at Bradley 69-64 on Jan. 12.
Cook, who recorded his second double-double of the season, had 11 points and eight rebounds in the first half. He also had four steals in the game. Tulio Da Silva posted 12 points with six rebounds and one block for the Bears (10-11, 4-4 Missouri Valley Conference).

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) — Keandre Cook scored 21 points on five 3-pointers and grabbed eight rebounds as Missouri State cruised to a 70-35 win over Loyola of Chicago Wednesday night.
Josh Webster added 14 points and five assists for the Bears (9-11, 3-4 Missouri Valley Conference) who were 12 of 23 (52 percent) from beyond the arc. Tulio Da Silva had 14 points and eight rebounds.
Ellingson hits 7 3-pointers in Drake’s 74-63 victory
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Brady Ellingson made a career-high seven 3-pointers in matching his personal best of 25 points and Drake defeated Missouri State 74-63 on Sunday.
Ellingson, a senior, made all but one of his shots from the arc and was 9-of-10 shooting overall for the Bulldogs (14-5, 3-3 Missouri Valley), who improved to 8-1 at home with their second straight win.
Evansville pulls away late to beat Missouri State 70-64
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) — K.J. Riley scored 16 points and Evan Kuhlman hit a key 3-pointer late to help Evansville beat Missouri State 70-64 on Wednesday night.
Evansville (9-9, 3-2 Missouri Valley Conference) has won eight of the last 10 against Missouri State (8-10, 2-3).
Cook heats up late for Missouri St in 69-64 win over Bradley
PEORIA, Ill. (AP) — Keandre Cook scored five of his seven points in a 55-second span at the end to help complete Missouri State's rally with a 69-64 win over Bradley Saturday night.
Cook's 3-pointer brought the Bears within 64-63 with 1:38 remaining. Koch Bar missed a jump shot on Bradley's next possession and Cook snared the rebound. Following Missouri State's timeout, Cook laid it in for the go-ahead basket.
Da Silva leads Missouri State over Indiana State 72-57
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — Tulio Da Silva had 21 points and eight rebounds to lead Missouri State to a 72-57 victory over Indiana State on Tuesday night.
The Bears (7-9, 1-2 Missouri Valley Conference) broke a two-game skid while Indiana State (9-6, 1-2) has lost three of its last four games each by double-digits.
Missouri St sets records in blowout over William Woods
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) — Szymon Wojcik led seven players in double-digit scoring with 16 points and Missouri State set a school scoring record routing NAIA-member William Woods 110-56 on Sunday.
The Bears also set a school record with 17 3-pointers in 38 attempts (44.7 percent). By comparison, the Bears were 17 of 21 from the foul line.
Missouri State is undefeated at JQH Arena to start this season.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Vinnie Shahid scored 19 points, including a clutch jumper and two free throws in the final minute, and North Dakota State held off a late rally to earn a 74-67 victory over Missouri State Saturday night.

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Malik Martin threw down a pair of dunks, Tulio Da Silva followed with two more and Stephan Jiggetts reached 1,000 career points as South Florida broke open a close game after halftime for an 83-63 defeat of Bethune Cookman Thursday night.
The Bulls (5-6) scored the last four points of the first half to take a 36-35 lead into the break, and came out smoking for the second half, opening on a 20-13 run for a 56-48 lead by 13:17 left to play.
Beard scores 28, FIU beats South Florida 65-53
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Brian Beard Jr. scored a career-high 28 points on 10-of-15 shooting and Florida International beat South Florida 65-53 on Monday night.

McCray -Pace leads Morgan State past South Florida, 63-53
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — LaPri McCray-Pace knocked down three 3-pointers and scored 15 points as Morgan State broke into the win column by holding off South Florida, 63-53, Monday night.
After dropping a 76-59 decision at Binghamton Friday, the Bears flew to Tampa and took charge early, building 32-26 advantage by intermission.

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Tulio Da Silva scored 20 points and grabbed eight rebounds and Stephan Jiggetts' jumper with 12 seconds to go gave South Florida a 60-59 win over Florida Atlantic on Friday night in the season opener for both teams.
After an Owls timeout, Gerdarius Troutman missed a 3-point attempt with two seconds left and Malik Martin secured the rebound for the win.
South Florida beats E Carolina for first conference win
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Geno Thorpe scored 22 points with three 3-pointers and made eight assists and South Florida beat East Carolina 64-57 on Saturday night to end a 12-game losing streak and win its first American Conference game of the season.
Thorpe's 3-pointer gave the Bulls a 48-34 lead with 12:17 left to play. The Pirates closed to 50-46 on a 12-2 run capped by Elijah Hughes' corner 3-pointer, but South Florida pulled ahead 58-49 on Thorpe's layup.
Gray, Dotson combine for 50 as Houston beats S Florida 70-56
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Rob Gray Jr. scored 25 points and Damyean Dotson tied his career-high with 25 points as the duo helped lead Houston past South Florida 70-56 on Saturday.
Houston (11-3, 2-0 American Athletic) led 38-34 at halftime, and Troy Holston's jumper with 16:33 to go brought the Bulls to within 42-40. Gray responded with a 3, and Wes VanBeck made a pair of free throws to extend the lead to seven.
Da Silva, Thorpe hit 18 each to pace USF past Delaware 81-53
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Tulio Da Silva and Geno Thorpe scored 18 points each as USF led from start to finish and cruised past Delaware 81-53 on Thursday night.
The Bulls (6-5) jumped out to a 13-2 lead in the first four minutes of the game and led by as many as 29 before it was over. Bo Zeigler added 10 points as USF made 26 of 53 shots to finish at 49 percent — though they were shooting 59 percent before halftime.
South Florida outlasts Kennesaw St comeback bid 71-69
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Tulio Da Silva scored 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting and South Florida survived a furious second half comeback attempt to take down Kennesaw State 71-69 on Monday night.

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Geno Thorpe scored six of his 18 points in the final 3:45 and tied a career high with five assists to help South Florida beat Rider 70-65 on Saturday night.
Redshirt freshman Tulio Da Silva scored a season-high 13 points, including 12 on 4-of-4 shooting in the second half, Malik Fitts added 11 points and Troy Holston scored 10.
Holston hit a 3-pointer and then Da Silva scored five in a row in an 8-0 run that gave USF (2-1) the lead, 63-60, for good with 6 minutes left.
Elon handles South Florida 74-61
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Brian Dawkins and Steven Santa Ana scored 13 points apiece and Elon defeated South Florida 74-61 on Thursday night.
Trailing by a point, Dainan Swoope hit a 3-pointer that started a 16-2 run that put Elon (2-1) up for good on its way to a 39-26 halftime lead. The lead quickly ballooned to 21 points early in the second half and remained in double figures.
