Stamkos had two goals and an assist, Kucherov added a goal and three assists and the Lightning beat the Dallas Stars 6-0 Thursday night.

Tyler Johnson scored 20 of his 25 points in the third quarter as Miami defeated the Orlando Magic 115-91 and ran its winning streak to five games.
Justise Winslow added 22 points and Josh Richardson finished with 15 points and 10 rebounds for Miami, which beat Orlando for the first time in three tries this season and improved to 16-16.

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — Nikita Kucherov and Brayden Point like playing on the same line, and it's a combination that's working out well for the Tampa Bay Lightnint, too.
Kucherov had a goal and three assists for his first four-point game, Point added a goal and two assists, and the Lightning beat the struggling New Jersey Devils 5-1 Monday night.
"He's a speedy player who is fun to play with," Kucherov said of Point.

The Lightning scored three times in the opening 10 minutes and rolled to a 5-2 victory over the New Jersey Devils on Sunday.
Brayden Point had two goals and an assist for Tampa Bay, while Nikita Kucherov had a pair of assists. Alex Killorn, Cedric Paquette and Tyler Johnson also scored for the Lightning, who have won three straight games and five of six.
Johnson powers Lightning past Blackhawks 4-2
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Tyler Johnson, Nikita Kucherov and Brayden Point were terrific for Tampa Bay.
The top line for the Lightning was much better than the leading trio for Chicago.
Johnson scored twice, Kucherov had three assists and the Lightning beat the Blackhawks 4-2 on Friday night.
Point and Ryan Callahan also scored for Tampa Bay, which improved to 13-0-2 in the past 15 regular-season meetings with Chicago. Louis Domingue stopped 30 shots.

NEW YORK (AP) — The Miami Heat were eager to rediscover their defense after their poor recent performances.
They did it rather easily against a team beginning life without its leading scorer.
Tyler Johnson scored a season-high 24 points, Goran Dragic had 21 and the Heat beat the short-handed Brooklyn Nets 120-107 on Wednesday night to snap a three-game losing streak.
Canucks beat Bruins 8-5 for 5th straight win
BOSTON (AP) — Bo Horvat had two goals and two assists and the Vancouver Canucks extended their winning streak to five games with an 8-5 victory over the Boston Bruins on Thursday night.
Loui Eriksson added two goals and an assist and spurred a five-goal outbust in the second period. Ben Hutton and Erik Gudbranson each had a goal and an assist, and Antoine Roussel and Jake Virtanen added goals for the Canucks. They have scored 26 goals in the last five games.
Vasilevskiy, Johnson key Lightning’s 4-2 win over Islanders
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Tyler Johnson admitted the Lightning didn't have their best game. But his late goal and another strong outing by Andrei Vasilevskiy helped ensure another Tampa Bay victory.
Vasilveksiy made 35 saves, Johnson broke a tie with 1:26 left, and the Lighting beat the New York Islanders 4-2 on Thursday night.
"It's not always going to be pretty," Johnson said. "Good teams find ways to win. It's important that's the end result. I guess we did just enough."

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — The final score was much more important to Tyler Johnson than his fourth career hat trick.
Johnson had three goals, Yanni Gourde scored on a power play to put Tampa Bay ahead and the Lightning beat the Carolina Hurricanes 4-2 on Tuesday night.
"I don't think too much about hat tricks. I'm more excited we won," Johnson said.
Johnson scored in all three periods, completing his hat trick on an empty-netter with 1:56 remaining.
Enormous raises, big expectations await some this NBA season
BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) — Miami guard Tyler Johnson has already seen what his new-and-much-improved paychecks from the Heat will look like this season.
Frankly, he's still stunned.
"It's surreal," Johnson said.
Virtually every player in the NBA is a millionaire. But a handful like Johnson, Denver's Nikola Jokic and Orlando's Aaron Gordon are seeing their salaries rise to a different stratosphere this season, enormous raises that may come with an enormous rise in expectations.

Freshman Williams runs for 141 as Gophers rout Miami (Ohio)
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Zack Annexstad threw two short touchdown passes to Tyler Johnson, and freshman Bryce Williams had 176 yards total offense as Minnesota beat Miami (Ohio) 26-3 on Saturday.
Annexstad completed 12 of 20 throws for 142 yards in his third collegiate start and was resting on the sideline by the third quarter. Williams had 33 rushes for 141 yards in place of Rodney Smith, who suffered a season-ending knee injury last week against Fresno State.
