Davis scores 13 to lead Jacksonville over Stetson 93-70
DELAND, Fla. (AP) — Tyreese Davis posted 13 points as Jacksonville rolled past Stetson 93-70 on Wednesday night.
JD Notae had 17 points and seven rebounds for Jacksonville (12-15, 5-7 Atlantic Sun Conference). Jace Hogan added 15 points. DeAnthony McCallum had 13 points for the visitors.
Marques Sumner had 10 points and seven rebounds for the Hatters (5-21, 1-10). Ricardo Lynch added 10 points. Kenny Aninye had six rebounds.
Pepper scores 27 to carry Lipscomb over Jacksonville 86-77
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Eli Pepper had a career-high 27 points plus 14 rebounds as Lipscomb stretched its winning streak to 11 games, topping Jacksonville 86-77 on Saturday.
Pepper made 12 of 14 from the free throw line. He added six assists.
Kenny Cooper had 17 points for Lipscomb (20-4, 11-0 Atlantic Sun Conference). Garrison Mathews added 16 points. Ahsan Asadullah had 12 points for the hosts.
Homesley, Cabbil Jr. help Liberty hold off Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Caleb Homesley tossed in 19 points and Lovell Cabbil Jr. scored eight of his 11 points in the final 4:26 to send Liberty to a 69-59 victory over Jacksonville on Sunday.
Homesley sank 7 of 10 shots, including 3 of 6 from 3-point distance, for the Flames (18-4, 7-0 Atlantic Sun Conference). Cabbil added four rebounds, four assists and three steals to help Liberty notch its eighth straight win. Liberty entered play tied with Lipscomb atop the conference standings.
Notae, Jacksonville snap 3-game skid, beat North Florida
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — JD Notae scored six of his 22 points in the decisive 14-2 run and Jacksonville held on for an 86-81 win over North Florida on Thursday night to snap a three-game skid.
David Bell, who sat out last season after transferring from Ohio State, had a career-high 16 points and Jalyn Hinton scored 12 with eight rebounds and five blocks for Jacksonville (9-12, 2-4 Atlantic Sun).
NJIT holds off Jacksonville’s late rally for a 77-74 victory
NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — Zach Cooks scored 23 points, Abdul Lewis added 19 points and a career-high 21 rebounds and NJIT held off Jacksonville's late rally for a 77-74 victory on Saturday.
NJIT (14-5, 2-2 Atlantic Sun Conference) snapped its first two-game losing skid of the season. Jacksonville (8-12, 1-4) has lost seven of its last eight.

KENNESAW, Ga. (AP) — Tyreese Davis reached career highs with 19 points and 12 rebounds and JD Notae triple-doubled to lead Jacksonville to a 90-70 victory over Kennesaw State on Wednesday night.
The strong effort by Davis and Notae helped the Dolphins (8-9, 1-1 Atlantic Sun) overcome a 28-point game by Tyler Hooker of Kennesaw State (3-14, 0-2).
Lipscomb holds off surging Jacksonville 77-74 in ASUN opener

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Tyreese Davis scored 18 points on 7-of-8 shooting, including 4 of 5 from 3-point range, and Jacksonville cruised to a 100-57 win over NAIA Middle Georgia State on Saturday night.
Jace Hogan added 12 points on 5-of-6 shooting and KJ Fitzgerald scored 11 for the Dolphins (6-5), who won their third straight and sixth of the last seven.
