OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The Oklahoma City Museum of Art has acquired a painting by the artist who created President Barack Obama's official portrait.
Kehinde Wiley's painting titled "Jacob de Graeff" features a contemporary person in a style modeled on 17th century Dutch artist Gerard ter Borch's portrait of Jacob de Graeff, a Dutch regent.
Hamilton scores 27 to lift NC A&T past Delaware St. 82-52
GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) — Amari Hamilton had a career-high 27 points as NC A&T rolled past Delaware State 82-52 on Saturday.
Hamilton made all seven of his shots from deep.

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Police in Tucson have identified a married couple who died in an apparent murder-suicide.
They say it appears 53-year-old Andrew Wiley shot his 49-year-old wife Cindi Wiley before turning the gun on himself.
Police say the two were pronounced dead at the scene from gunshot wounds Friday.

DENVER (AP) — A judge says the latest legal challenge by a Colorado baker who refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple can continue.
In a ruling Friday, U.S. District Judge Wiley Daniel rejected Colorado's arguments that the federal court should stay out of the dispute over whether the state is treating Jack Phillips unfairly by prosecuting him for refusing to make a cake celebrating a gender transition.

DONALDSONVILLE, La. (AP) — A six-term Louisiana sheriff has stepped down and his chief deputy has been sworn in as his replacement.
The Advocate reports Sheriff Jeff Wiley stepped down Thursday as chief law enforcement officer of Ascension Parish.
A sheriff's office spokeswoman says Chief Deputy Bobby Webre took the oath of office. Webre has been with the sheriff's office for decades. He's planning an inauguration ceremony Jan. 10.

HOBOKEN, N.J. (AP) _ John Wiley & Sons Inc. (JW.A) on Thursday reported fiscal second-quarter net income of $43.8 million.
On a per-share basis, the Hoboken, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of 76 cents. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs, were 89 cents per share.
The publisher posted revenue of $448.6 million in the period.
John Wiley & Sons expects full-year earnings to be $3.43 per share, with revenue expected to be $1.8 billion.
